Objective: through analyze the causes of reoperation, to deepen knowledge and understanding of the causes of biliary tract reoperation, In order to prevent the occurrence of biliary tract reoperation and decrease the incidence of reoperation of biliary tract. Through the analysis of cholangioenterostomy again in the biliary tract surgery in the long-term clinical efficacy(after operation for more than half a year), To regulate the scope of application of the biliary enteric anastomosis,and avoid abuse phenomenon.Method: Collection of ningxia hui autonomous region people's hospital of liver and gallbladder surgery between January 2012 and September 2015, has a history of biliary tract surgery, during line need to biliary tract reoperation of 128 patients in the hospital medical records, were retrospectively analyzed.Result: the residual and recurrence of hepatic duct stones were the most common causes of reoperation of biliary tract, accounting for 72%, followed by benign biliary stenosis, accounted for 10.8%. There are 26 cases of biliary enteric anastomosis biliary reoperation method, the long-term clinical efficacy, excellent 11 cases, accounting for 42.31%. Good 7 cases, accounting for 26.92%. Poor 8 cases, accounting for 30.77%. Excellent rate of 69.23%.Conclusion: The main cause of biliary tract reoperation, besides pathological physiological characteristics of biliary tract disease itself, improper surgical treatment is an important factor leading to biliary tract reoperation. Biliary intestinal anastomosis in biliary tract reoperation rate of good long-term clinical effect of applying general, more complications. Therefore, for again cases of biliary tract surgery, preoperative careful analysis lead to the causes of re operation, detailed preoperative evaluation and correct judgment, choice of norms and reasonable operation, intraoperative fine operation and careful exploration and postoperative strengthen patient management, It is the key to improve the clinical curative effect and reduce the incidence of reoperation.
