Despite the commonality of the structure of the brain, results of long term studies of brain structures indicate that the structure of every living person on planet Earth has unique brain structure, as the sequence of nucleotides in the DNA code. Characteristic individual features of the brain sulcus and gyrus morphometry are easily distinguishable on MRI the cortical surface even to the naked eye. This contributes to the neuroimaging development, in particular to statistical analysis of the brain geometry and multisubject statistical brain atlas creation.Statistical human brain template is statistical probabilistic atlas of neuroanatomy. It is composed from manually labeled delineated MRI data. The atlas is multi-subject labeled. Voxel identifiers from the original subjects are transformed into the atlas space. Statistics of these transformed labels can be computed at each voxel location. This provides probabilistic information about the structures in that atlas.Main purpose of this work is construction 3D human brain template to describe how the brain and its component parts are organized. Design of appropriate reference systems for human brain data presents considerable challenges, since these systems must capture how brain structure and function vary among human beings, across age and gender, in different disease states, across imaging modalities, and even across species. To define the differences in the structure regarding sex,we constructed multiple atlases showing the overall structure of the brain and individual atlases for vizualization of gray matter, white matter and cerebrospinal fluid.Neurodegenerative diseases cause not only disturbance of brain functions, but also change the brain structure and cause quantitative changes in the tissues of the brain. The MRI data should be processed in Statistical Parametric Mapping with using MRIcro. SPM(Statistical parametric mapping) is software built on base of Matlab application. It refers to the construction and assessment of spatially extended statistical processes. This system analyses images by system of the filters, which are the sequence of assessments and statistical averages. In this study, two sets of statistical atlases of healthy people's brain and people with affected brain by Alzheimer's disease at different stages of the disease were created. Comparative data of the state of the brain and brain tissues are shown in tables.Statistical human brain template offer new several opportunities for neuroimaging studies and medical diagnosis. For medicinal finding statistical parametric brain map gives screening chance of brain maturing process and perception brain structure changing over the span of various brain disorders. In the fields of neuroimaging statistical human brain template uncover new examination headings, for example, investigation of brain structures, brain sickness forms and inner brain structures and tissue examinations.
