Objective To study the correlation between MR and clinical symptoms, laboratory hormone levels and related hormones in different anatomical parts of the pituitary gland. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on all patients who underwent pituitary magnetic resonance imaging, clinical and laboratory data of all patients in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2012 to December 2015, 55 cases of pituitary adenoma were selected as the case group according to the magnetic resonance enhancement, and 50 cases of healthy volunteers were selected from the patients with a physical examination and some non saddle area lesions. Group of pituitary adenomas was analyzed, and the groups of different anatomical site laboratory hormone level and clinical situation of different anatomical parts of the pituitary micro adenoma and related hormone axis analysis, compared two groups of MR dynamic enhancement parameters were compared. Results 1. In the observation group of patients with pituitary adenomas, PRL tumors accounted for the highest, 32.73%, followed by non functional tumors and GH tumors, accounting for 25.45%. 2. The observation group far side of the lab hormone levels were significantly higher than that of middle and nodules, COR, TSH, FT3 and FT4 levels significantly higher than the intermediate part, nodules, differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Observation group of nodules of FSH, LH, T, PRL, E2 and PG level obviously higher than that of middle and distal part, differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Far side of pituitary adenoma and thyroid hormone, adrenaline, and gonadal hormone abnormal obvious positive correlation, micro nodules of pituitary adenomas and gonadal hormone abnormalities were positively correlated. 3. normal pituitary tissues(rapidly rising type) with type I curve more common(80%),Far side, nodules micro adenoma group are mainly composed of type II curve(platform type)(80%),Far side, nodules micro adenoma group are mainly composed of type II curve(platform type)(80%), type III curve(down) restricted to the ministry in the middle of the micro adenoma(33.3%).Signal curve type of time between the three groups have significant difference(P < 0.05). 4. the observation group(far side, middle, nodules) time- signal curve tmax is significantly higher than control group(normal group),And reinforcement ratio and strengthening slope significantly lower than the control group, the difference with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Result MR different anatomical site of pituitary adenoma MR imaging characteristics, and clinical symptoms, the pituitary gland, electrolyte and target gland hormone laboratory indexes such as correlation research and related hormones axis, so as to better improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of early pituitary micro adenoma.
