An Analysis On Difference Of Body Physical Development And It's Trend Between Han And Hui Adolescent Students In Ningxia

Objective: This essay is aimed to provide the scientific basis for formulating effective measures to promote healthy growing development of Ningxia students by analyzing body physical development trend and the difference between Han and Hui adolescent students in Ningxia.Methods: Collect information of height, weight and other indicators of Han and Hui adolescent students between 10 to 18 years old on the basic of national student physique and health survey data in 1985, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2014 and compare the long-term trends of body shape development of Han and Hui. Take the survey data of all Ningxia students' fitness and health in 2014 as an example to analyze the differences in terms of student's body physical development.Results:1. Height of both city and country students in Ningxia was experienced a trend of growth during 1985 to 2014; year of spurted height was advanced. Compared with 1985, male Han students in city had an increasing amount of 7.3 cm while those in country increased 8 cm, and male Hui students in city had an increasing of 11.5 cm while those in country increased 9.9 cm. During this period, female Han students in city had an increasing amount of 5.0cm while those in country increased 5.9 cm, and female Hui students in city had an increasing amount of 7.3 cm while those in country increased 7.4 cm. The peak of spurted height of all Han male students was advanced from 13 and 14 to 12 years old, and the peak of spurted height of all Hui male students was also advanced from 13 years old to 12 years old. The peak of spurted height of all Han female students was advanced from 13 to 11 years old, and it for Hui female students in country was advanced from 17 to 11 years old.2. During 1985-2014, the weight of Ningxia Han Hui urban and rural students presents a growth trend for a long time, urban and rural student's weight jump age is ahead of time. Boys in Han Hui urban and rural increased by 11.4 kg, 9.2 kg and 14.6 kg, 8.7 kg respectively in 2014 than in 1985. Girls of Han and Hui urban and rural increased by 7.2 kg, 5.3 kg and 7.8 kg, 7.2 kg respectively in 2014 than in 1985. By the year of 1985, Han rural boys' weight jump shows at 14 years old to 12 years old in 2014; Hui urban and rural boys weight jump shows at the age of 15, 13 years old in advance of 11, 12 years old from 1985 to 2014; Han urban and rural girls' weight jump peak are from 13 years old to 12 years ahead of schedule from 1985 to 2014.3. During 1985-2014, the chest circumference of city, country students of Han and Hui in Ningxia is presents growth trend for a long time, the chest increased age is ahead of time. Han Hui city and the country boys increased by 4.1 cm, 2.5 cm and 5.0 cm, 2.0 cm respectively in 2014 than in 1985; Han hui city and country girls increased by 6.1 cm, 3.8 cm and 5.8 cm, 3.8 cm in respectively 2014 than in 1985; Han city boys' bust spurt peak is advance from the age of 15, 14 in 1985 to 14, 12 in 2014; Hui city, country boys' bust spurt peak is from 15 in 1985 to11, 12 years old in 2014 years in advance. Han city girls' chest spurt peak is advance from 13 early in 1985 to12 years old in 2014; Hui city and the country girls' chest spurt peak is jump from 13 years old in 1985 to 11, 12 years old in 2014.4. For the girls without menstruated, as for height, weight, chest circumference and sitting height developmental, Han girls were 2.7 cm, 2.4 kg, 1.6 cm, 2.4 cm(P < 0.05) higher than that of the Hui nationality girls. For those who have menstruated, there is no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05) in terms of height, weight, chest circumference and sitting height, TST, SST, AST and BMI index of physical development of Han and Hui girls. Among those without spermatorrhea sitting height, Han boys were1.2 cm, 1.3 mm(P < 0.05) higher than that of Hui nationality boys in AST body development idex; Among boys who have spermatorrhea, Han boys is only 0.6 kg/m2(P < 0.05) higher than Hui boys in terms of BMI index.Conclusions:1. Adolescent students' height, weight, chest circumference body shape index shows a trend of long-term growth in both Han and Hui students in Ningxia. The growth rate of boys is higher than girls in height, and weight. The growth rate in urban is higher than the countryside. Hui student's growth rate is higher than that of the Han nationality(except the rural boys). The girl's growth rate is higher than boys in chest, and urban growth is higher than rural.2. Spate age of Ningxia Han and Hui adolescent students on height, weight, chest circumference and body shape indexes is presents a character of advance.3. Body shape differences of Han and Hui adolescent students in Ningxia is mainly embodies in non-menarche/no-spermatorrhea students for the first time, the Han nationality students is higher than that of the Hui nationality, but in menarche girls/ the first spermatorrhea students, there is no obvious differences between Han and Hui students.
