Biomedical signal is an unstable natural signal issued by the life, and is also a kind of low-frequency noise of weak signal. The brain signal in a wide range of biomedical signals is one of the typical. It has been a difficult problem in the field of natural science to study how to extract and analyze the brain signal to study the working mechanism and the pathophysiological mechanism of the brain. The information processing and working mechanism of the brain can be characterized as complex networks. When the brain is damaged due to the location of the tumor, it may lead to the reorganization of the cerebral cortex function and the compensation of the cognitive function of the brain due to the plasticity of the superior cerebral cortex. Study on the cognitive characteristics of cancer patients based on the analysis of brain function network. It can provide a new idea for preoperative and postoperative cognitive function recovery of patients with brain tumor, and has important clinical application value.Based on the ICA method to study the glioma patients restingstate networks in the default network and sensorimotor network. And analyze the changes of the basic nerve function area after the operation. The small world network characteristics further analysis of preoperative and postoperative neurological function and higher cortical compensation At the same time, the effects of gender differences on the cognition of the brain were also discussed. The main research contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:1. The default network and sensorimotor networks of resting state brain in patients with glioma based on ICA. The study found that there are abnormal connections in the default mode network and the sensorimotor network. It is indicated that the tumor caused obvious functional damage to the functional network of the brain. Study on data of patients before and after operation, and found that the network function of the patients was decreased after the operation. It showed that the operation had certain damage to the basic nerve function area.2. Advanced cognitive characteristics of glioma patients based on small world network analysis. The study found that the core node of patients was offset to the side of the tumor, and the nodes that were suppressed after the operation could be reactivated. By comparing and analyzing the specific changes of the patients’ preoperative and postoperative default mode network and sensorimotor network, and found that tumor to the patient’s cognitive ability and sport ability has certain influence, after surgery have improved to some extent. And according to the test score table, it was found that the cognitive test was improved after surgery.3. Resting state network of brain based on gender differences. To explore the differences between male and female in the default network and sensorimotor network. The results showed that there was a certain consistency between the gender differences in brain function and cognitive performance. The differences between the sexes in some functions may be related to the differences in the brain areas responsible for the correlation between the sexes.
