| ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of sandplay on the physical and mental state of the digestive tract cancer patients.MethodsA total of 40 digestive tract cancer patients.were enrolled and divided into an intervention group(20cases) and a control group using a random number table.The control group was given conventional treatment and care,including primary nursing,health education and general psychological comfort. However, the intervention group was additionally provided with sandplay. The mental state, quality of life of the two groups were assessed before and after the intervention.Using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 13. 0 statistical software for data mining and statistics, analysis of sandplay on the digestive tract tumor intervention effect of chemotherapy in patients with psychological problems.ResultsAfter the intervention, the distress thermometer score of the intervention group was lower than the control group, while the quality of life of the intervention group was significantly better than the control group. The injured theme of the control group patients' sandplay works gradually reduce,and the cured theme of the controlgroup patients' sandplay works increase.ConclusionSandplay can regulate the digestive tract tumor chemotherapy in patients with psychological, ease the pressure, and improve the quality of life. |
