Value Of Laparoscopic Surgery In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Mesosalpinx Cyst

Objective:the property of mesosalpinx cyst is benign and the incidence of it is higher and higher. it is difficult to be diagnosed before operation, but laparoscopic exploration can be clearly diagnosed. This study based on the analysis comparision to laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy mesosalpinx cyst diagnosis therapeutic effect and prognosis, explore the value of laparoscopic surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of mesosalpinx cyst.Materials and Methods:56 patients with mesosalpinx cyst, treated with surgery, admitted in YanKuang Group General Hospital from September 2011 to August 2015, were retrospectively investigated.The indicators of laparoscopic group and laparotomy group, like operation time, blood loss, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, the leaving bed time, postoperative complications, recurrence rate, cancerization rate, were compared.Results:56 patients were successfully operated without injury. In laparoscopic group, operation time was 40.8±10.4min, blood loss was 15.7±7.7ml, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time was 9.1±2.5 h, the leaving bed time was 9.6±2.5h; while in laparotomy group, operation time was 50.3±16.2min, blood loss was 48.2±26.3ml, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time was 22.5±3.1 h, the leaving bed time was 25.8±7.0h.The difference was significant (P<0.05).36 cases of laparoscopic surgery have no conversion to laparotomy, postoperative bleeding, organ damage, chemical peritonitis and subcutaneous emphysema and other complication. Among the 20 cases of laparotomy,2 cases with postoperative fever, which were in the cesarean section.48 patients were followed up and no cancerization was found. The cancerization rate was 0%.In the 48 patients no recurrence was found,and the recurrence rate was 0%,.Conclusion:(1) Mesosalpinx cyst has no typical clinical manifestation and specific auxiliary examination. Laparoscopic exploration can be clearly diagnosed.(2) The indicators of laparoscopic group and laparotomy group show that laparoscopic surgery has small incision, fast recovery, definite curative effect and other advantages, and becomes the first choice for the treatment of mesosalpinx cyst in the Department of Gynecology.(3) Laparoscopic surgery has the dual effect on the diagnosis and treatment of mesosalpinx cyst.
