| The rapid development of economy can not only improve people’s living standard, meeting the material needs, but also brings about the increase of the medical service demands. Our country put forward a few related health policies, the ultimate goal is to achieve universal health coverage. Since the new health care reform, though our country got some results in some respects of public health service, inevitably the problem of "difficulty in seeking proper health care" is still not well resolved. Among the more obvious problems is the medical resources of our country, especially the high quality doctor resources, existing some problems such as uneven distribution, highly monopoly and so on. Doctors that the core and body of the hospital service, protecting people’s health, and the doctors’multi-sited licensed exactly meet the medical needs, ensuring fair medical service for all the powerful measures. Therefore, exploring the running situation, existing problems and puting forward the optimization strategies of our country’s doctors’ multi-sited licensed are of great significance.First of all, based on the theoretical study, we propose several hypotheses about the relationships among the policy factors, organization factors, human factors, implementation effects and behaviors of our country’s doctors’multi-sited licensed. On this basis, we establish a theoretical model of influencing factors to the behaviors of doctors’multi-sited licensed. Secondly, we conducted a questionnaire which are tested by reliability and validity analysis. We use AMOS21.0 and SPSS16.0 to do research. According to the descriptive statistical analysis, doctors’ multi-sited licensed behavior abilities need to be strengthened, having real demands in the process of multi-sited licensed. SEM analysis shows that the policy factors, organization factors, and human factors have a direct impact on the implementation effects of our country’s doctors’ multi-sited licensed, and through the mediating role, having an indirect impact on doctors’ multi-sited licensed behaviors. Finally, basing on the results of theoretical research and the real evidence, this article puts forward optimization strategies from three aspects:the policy configuration, organization configuration and staffing. |
