| Objective: To observe analgesic effect and adverse reaction of nalbuphine for Chinese Elderly in laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery postoperative in patient-controlled analgesia. Methods: After the Jilin University ethics committee of No.1 Hospital of Jilin University from June 2015 to December 2015. To choose elective laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery patients 100 cases, ASA grade II ~ III, age 60 to 90 years old, weighing 52 ~ 87 kg. BMI 15.3-24.6.With random number table method is divided into two groups. The experimental group for nalbuphine group, a total of 50 patients were enrolled the control group, morphine group, 50 patients were enrolled, all patients received intravenous patient-controlled analgesia(PCIA). The experimental group analgesia pump group became nalbuphine 100mg+ saline 100 ml, background infusion rate was 2ml/h, patient-controlled analgesia(PCA) for 1ml, lock time 20 min. control group(50 cases) the analgesia pump group as morphine 100mg+ saline 100 ml, background infusion rate was 2ml/h, patient-controlled analgesia(PCA) for 1ml, lock time 20 min. respectively on postoperative 2h, 4h, 8h, 12 h, 24 h degree of pain, sedation degree Evaluate and record the types of adverse reactions and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: The pain scores of nalbuphine group of patients with postoperative(VAS) after 8h, 12 h, 24 h were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. 2H and 4H when compared with the control group, no significant difference. Two groups of patients got good analgesic effect, at the same time, the adverse reaction of nalbuphine group with nausea, vomiting, had a lower incidence. Conclusion: Nalbuphine in Chinese Elderly intravenous analgesia effect after laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer is effective, less adverse reaction with nausea, vomiting. |
