The Comparative Research Of Female Primary Infertility And Secondary Infertility On The Aspects Of Constitution?Types Of Syndrome And Emotion Of TCM

ObjectiveThrough the clinical data by investigating and researching,with the analysis of it,we discuss the susceptible constitution,the distribution of TCM syndrome,the emotion and the influencing factors of female primary infertility and secondary infertility patients.At the same time,analyze it with contrastive methods. To provide reference to the treatment of female primary infertility and secondary infertility clinically.MethodGather the information of 120 infertile patients that come to see doctors of Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in 2014 December to 2015 November(including 60 primary infertility patients and secondary infertility patients,the proportion is 1:1),require the patients to fill in the uniform questionnaire of general condition,classification and determination of TCM constitution table created by Professor Qi Wang,questionnaire on symptom of TCM,Beck depression inventory(BDI) and Beck anxiety inventory(BAI).Analyze the general condition,TCM constitution,TCM symptom and the depression,anxiety condition of the patients.Enter the collecting data to Excel and analyze it with SPSS17.0.Results(1)The frequency of 9 types of TCM constitution on 60 primary infertility patients is as follows:Normal constitution(25.00%)>Yang deficiency constitution(16.67%)>Qi stagnation-constitution(11.67%)>Qi-deficiency-constitution(10.00%)=Yin-deficiency-co nstitution(10.00%)=Blood-stasis-constitution(10.00%)>Damp-heat-constitution(6.67%) >phlegm-dampness constitution(5.00%)=Special constitution(5.00%).Except for normal constitution,the yang deficiency constitution and Qi stagnation constitution are in higher proportion of the 9 types of TCM constitution.The frequency of 9 types of TCM constitution on 60 secondary infertility patients is as follows:Normal constitution(23.33%)>Yang deficiency constitution(18.33%)>Qi deficiency-constitution(11.67%)=Damp-heat-constitution(11.67%)=Blood-stasis-constit ution(11.67%)>Yin-deficiency-constitution(10.00%)>Qi-stagnation-constitution(6.67%)> Phlegm-dampness constitution(5.00%)>Special constitution(1.67%).Except for normal constitution,the yang deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,Damp-heat constitution and Blood stasis constitution are in higher proportion of the 9 types of TCM constitution.(2)The result turns out that complex syndrome type is commonly saw in TCM syndrome of the 60 primary infertility and 60 secondary infertility patients.The Liver depression and Kidney deficiency syndrome is in highest proportion(50.00% in primary infertility; 41.76% in secondary infertility).The Kidney deficiency syndrome is in the second place.The proportion is 18.33%.But in the 60 secondary infertility patients,except for 11 Kidney deficiency syndrome(18.33%),Kidney deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome is still in high proportion(15.00%).(3)60 cases of primary infertility patients:The proportion of depression and anxiety and both coexisting is 73.33% and 45.00% and 36.67% respectively.The average score of depression and anxiety is 11.10±7.43 and 31.57±5.97 points respectively.60 cases of secondary infertility patients:The proportion of depression and anxiety and both coexisting is 63.33% and 38.33% and 31.67% respectively.The average score of depression and anxiety is 10.93±6.72 and 31.30±7.70 points respectively.(4)Secondary infertility patients with different TCM constitutions,TCM syndromes distribution,depression and anxiety emotion show no significant difference to the age,occupation,culture degree,marriage,course of disease,pathogen and condition of assisted reproduction(P>0.05). Primary infertility patients with different TCM constitutions/TCM syndromes distribution,depression and anxiety emotion show no significant difference to the age,culture degree,marriage,pathogen and condition of assisted reproduction(P>0.05). But show significant difference to the occupation and course of disease(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Primary infertility appears mostly in the constitution of the normal constitution,yang deficiency constitution and Qi stagnation constitution.Secondary infertility appears mostly in the constitution of the normal constitution,yang deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,Damp-heat constitution and Blood stasis constitution.(2)Complex syndrome type is commonly saw in TCM syndrome of primary infertility and secondary infertility patients.The Liver depression and Kidney deficiency syndrome is in the highest proportion.The Kidney deficiency syndrome is in the second place of the primary infertility;Kidney deficiency syndrome, Kidney deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome are in next of the secondary infertility.(3)The prevalence of depression and anxiety of primary infertility and secondary infertility patients is higher. Primary infertility shows significant difference to the occupation and course of disease.Clinicians should pay close attention to mental health of infertile patients while treating body diseases.(4)There is no immediate correlation between age,occupation, education background,marriage,duration,pathogen and condition of assisted reproductive technology with constitution and types of syndrome on TCM of primary infertility and secondary infertility patients,and depression and anxiety of secondary infertility patients.The depression and anxiety of primary infertility has correlation with occupation and duration,but has no correlation with age,education background,marriage,pathogen and condition of assisted reproductive technology.
