| China consume big quantity generic drugs, during last 20 years development, China's generic drug market with big consumption but the quality is not very liable. Nowadays, the pharmaceutical industry still have a lot of problems to be solved, especially for generic drug effect and quality. In 2015 CFDA intensive introduction of the related laws and policies, focusing the quality level of China generic drug, in the meantime trying to raise China Pharmaceutical industry to a new high level and solve the problems of China's pharmaceutical industry, such as clinical effect, supervise the medicine quality etc.This paper refers to the two aspects of the main body:the government and enterprise of the consistency of the evaluation of generic drug. Two subjects have their own interests, from the government perspective, on one hand to improve the quality of drugs, drug quality standard; on the other hand hope the generic drugs can have better effect, and lower price; from the perspective of enterprises, the enterprise is the pursuit of profit, how does the enterprise in this industry change layout.This paper mainly through the game theory to evaluate the consistency of generic drugs for analysis and discussion, and also by referring to historical experience of the advanced countries of the consistency of the evaluation of generic drug. The major players of the generic drug consistency of the evaluation system involved:(CFDA, the bidding and tendering department) perspective of government, and enterprises. Then set up game model according to the game theory, and establish the mathematical model, through mathematical deducing, further analysis of the various participants in the each game. Finally through the deduction of each model, proposed the settlement of the ideas and programs in the consistency of the evaluation event, contribute to the government and enterprise together to promote consistency evaluation as soon as possible to successfully achieve conformance assessment of all drugs. |
