Through to the concentration of isopropyl alcohol. NaOH/chloroacetic acid mole ratio, etherification temperature three factors orthogonal experiment was carried out, for the preparation of high substitution degree of carboxymethyl poria cocos polysaccharide of optimal process is:isopropyl alcohol concentration 75%, NaOH/chloroacetic acid molar ratio of 2.5:1, etherification temperature 85℃.Carboxymethyl tuckahoe polysaccharide substitution degree can reach 1.552.3.
