Clinical Observation On The Prevention And Treatment Of Intermenstrual Bleeding With The Method Of Tonifying Kidney

Objective:Through collecting data of patients in intermenstrual bleeding, give patients prevention and treatment using the method of tonifying kidney and make clinical observation of the improvement of the symptoms. At the same time, evaluate the clinical curative effect of the intermenstrual bleeding using the method of tonifying kidney.The aim is to provide clinic with an effective prevention and treatment method to treat intermenstrual bleeding.Methods:There are 62 patients in this group.Gather the general information of patients and give patients decoction of tonifying kidney for three menstrual cycles based on the stage patients are bleeding or not and their fertility requirements.Medication time should be longer than the bleeding time before.After three menstrual cycles,hemostasis,scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms of patients were observed.The general information of the patients and the related data before and after treatment were typed into SPSS19.0 and statistical analysis were made with the software as well.Evaluate the clinical curative effect through the change of scores and learn more about the mechanism of the intermenstrual bleeding using the method of tonifying kidney through literature consulting.Results:l.The comprehensive curative effect shows:In these 62 patients,21 cases were cured,26cases were apparent effective,10 cases were valid and 5 cases were invalid.The totle effective rate was 91.94%.2.The hemostasis curative effect shows:In these 62 patients,37 cases were cured,13 cases were apparent effective,7cases were valid and 5 cases were invalid.The totle effective rate was91.94%.3.Scores of TCM symptoms show:The total score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment by the rank and inspection shows Z=-6.57, P=0.00< 0.05.The score of main symptoms before and after treatment by the rank and inspection shows Z=-6.57, P=0.00<0.05.The differences were statistically significant.The results show that after treatment the total score of TCM symptoms and the score of main symptoms were markedly reduced.4.The relation between related factors and curative effect shows:Age,course, professional.maternal time and BMI had no obvious effect on curative effect.The curative effect of patients with kidney deficiency type was basicly consistent.However, degree of illness had effect on curative effect.Conclusion:1.The method of tonifying kidney can reduce the scores of TCM symptoms significantly when the methord are used to prevent and treat intermenstrual bleeding.The comprehensive curative effect and the hemostasis curative effect are exact.The curative effect of main symptoms and secondary symptoms are exact.The recent and forward curative effect are exact so that the menthod can be generalized.2.The statistical analysis of related factors and curative effect shows:Age,course, professional,maternal time and BMI had no obvious effect on curative effect.The curative effect of patients with kidney deficiency type was basicly consistent.However, degree of illness had effect on curative effect.
