| Objective: This study aims to investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention to the uncertainty and life quality that patients encountered during the treatment process to explore a beneficial care interventions for patients with liver cancer and to provide an effective ways and direction for the clinical care of patients with liver cancer in the future. Methods: Choose between December 2015 and January 2015 in Hulun Buir, Inner Mongolia, a hospital for treatment of patients, and ultimately diagnosed 70 patients with primary liver cancer and got TACE treatment. According to the sequence to divide into two groups: experimental group (A) and the control group (B), 35 people in each group, the experimental group were treated with routine care and comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group received routine care. Excluding the impact of unnecessary factors on two groups of patients to observe the effect during treatment process and recovery conditions with two nursing methods.Results:1.There has no statistical significance in general conditions such as age, sex, education and language communication ability of patients in the two groups; the average score of uncertainty on diseases of patients who have involved this experiment is(98.271 ± 4.357),which is in the middle level, the statistical test shows that the uncertainty score difference of both groups has no significant difference (P> 0.05), the conditions of two groups are comparable. After admission to hospital, over time, the uncertainty score of two group patients has lowered down with different levels, which has statistical significance (P <0.05);Among this,The declination in the experimental group is obviously higher than its control group, which has statistical significance (P <0.05). According to the comparison in statistical analysis, the uncertainty score of experimental group under conditions including 1 hour before operation, 1 day after operation and the day patients leave the hospital is significantly lower than its control group, which has statical significance(P <0.05).2. The average score of patients’ anxiety(60.757 ± 4.309)when they hospitalized is significantly above the national average score(39.91) average, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The anxiety level score of the two group patients when they have the hospital admission has no statistical significance(P> 0.05), according to the statistical test. After the different treatments on two groups of patients, the anxiety levels were decreased over time, which has statistical significance (P <0.05); Among this, the descend range of anxiety level of the experimental patients is obviously higher than its control group, which has statistical significance(P <0.05). According the statistical analysis, the anxiety level of the experimental patients under conditions including 1 hour before operation, 1 day after operation and the day patients leave the hospital is significantly lower than its control group, which has statical significance(P <0.05).3. The experimental patients’ judgment on treatment service is obviously higher than its control group, there has prominent difference between these two datas, which has statistical significance. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention has a certain helpful significance on live cancer patients, it obviously comforts their uncertainties towards the illness, which has positive significance in the treatment and recovery process. Therefore, the comprehensive nursing intervention measures is highly recommended during the live cancer treatment process. |
