| ObjectiveThe follow-up of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy with implantable cardioverter defibrillator(ICD)on sudden cardiac death(SCD)in the primary prevention effect.MethodsOn 2013years 12months to 2014years 12months stay in Zhejiang University Medical College Affiliated Second Hospital of Department of Cardiology, according to the 2008 ACC/AHC guide ICD implantation of cardiac sudden death(SCD)level prevention of 24 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy patients with clinical data and ICD implantation after long-term follow-up results were analyzed, there were 19 males,5 females, mean age of 59.4 ± 11.2 years old.Results.NYHA heart function class Ⅱ a Ⅲ grade, left ventricular ejection fraction 14.3-33.2%,standard anti heart failure drug treatment.24 cases were implanted with ICD,and the parameters were set.Postoperative 1 month,3 months and 6 months of follow-up,once every six months, observe the patient’s clinical symptoms,follow-up by external programmer ICD stored data analysis,to understand the occurrence of malignant arrhythmia and ICD work. Results There was no death or heart failure, and no complications during operation. All the cases were followed up for 6 to 18months,of which 3 patients occurred ventricular fibrillation(VF),defibrillation success,4 cases occurred in patients with ventricular tachycardia,at Pcardioversion,1 patient due to atrial fibrillation ventricular rapid incidence of erroneous discharge, through drug control ventricular rate and adjusting ICD parameters did not occur again and error discharge.Conclusions7 cases(29.17%)occurred in 24 patients with ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia. The effect of SCD in the prevention of SCD in patients with CHD is clear, which can benefit the patients with high risk. |
