The Establishment Of The Ability Index For Laparoscopic Specialized Nurse

Objective:To establish an ability index for specialized nurse after laparoscope based on existing nursing co-operation experiences.Besides,we also wished to use these indicators to qualify laparoscopic nursing specialists,standardize the management procedures of laparoscopic surgery,reduce equipment failure due to human factors,promote laparoscopic nursing teaching,and complement the guideline for nursing specialist training.Methods:1,To establish an "ability index for laparoscopic specialized nurse" based on literature review,specific existing nursing co-operation present situation.2,Application of Delphi expert consultation carried out two sets of experts consultation,summarizing expert opinions,and using mathematical and statistical methods to summarize and analyze the relevant information,establish index intension structures at all levels and weight,and ultimately the formation of ability index for laparoscopic specialized nurse.Results:Five first-class indicators,26 second-class indicators,73 third-class indicators were finalized after two sets of Delphi expert consultation.the reliability of Delphi expert consultation:94.29%,100%of questionnaire returned to investigator,the average authoritative coefficients was 0.92,personal authoritative coefficients were beyond 0.80.Variation coefficients were 0.049-0.188,coordinate coefficient of expert was 0.5,P value was less than 0.05,research a statistic significance.Conclusion:To establish an "ability index for laparoscopic specialized nurse" based on theoretical analysis,literature review,group discussion and Delphi expert consultation was proved to be logical,reasonable and reliable,It provides reference and basis for the development of the teaching and training of specialized nurses in laparoscopic operation.
