The Research And Application Of Business Intelligence System In Rational Drug Use In Hospital

With the development of data warehouse and data mining technology,and all aspects of database technology has been used in medical industry.In recent years,the 80% of the provincial hospital,have established their own hospital information system(HIS),with the extensive of HIS and constantly improve the application and its features,HIS collected a lot of medical data.However,HIS is designed based on the underlying business,has completed only the field data collection,primary processing of the information such as query and statistical work.Business intelligence means to effective integration the business data which spreading out in different systems through data mining,data warehousing,and other technical,Extract useful information from the vast amounts of data,and then converts this information into knowledge,and finally,use that knowledge to make business decisions.As Healthcare has improved continuously,rational drug use still is the goal of medical workers.How to safer,more effective and more economical use of drugs,how to make the patient spend the least money,receive the best treatment,suffering minimal drug side effects,is still an important goal of health-care workers.In view of the above situation,this article will use analysis method combined with business intelligence,to based on drug analysis and business intelligence integration for deepening the analysis to a more detailed level,to realize lean management and conversion of data into knowledge.This paper intends to dig out the valuable experience,rule and knowledge,using the existed data of doctors’ medication,and to architecture knowledge library,using these medication information,then to inspect of doctors’ prescription drug safety,clinical applicability of review,using the knowledge,and according to the knowledge base,to guide and review of doctors’ prescriptions,warn of the prescription may contain potential problems in a timely manner,in order to ensure the validity and security of prescription and applicability,and through sorting,cleaning,analysis and data mining,to provide the support of decision and integrated analysis for medical workers,clinical researchers and managers.
