Clinical Observation Of Dahuang Zhechong Capsule Combined With Mifepristone Tablet And Misoprostol Tablet In Treating Drug Abortion

Objective:Clinical observation on effect of Dahuang Zhechong capsule combined with Mifepristone Tablets and Misoprostol Tablets for abortion patients clinical symptoms,bleeding time,bleeding volume and discharge of the drug in pregnant tissue.Methods:From May 2015 to May 2016,100 cases of patients with medical abortion were selected from the Department of Gynecology of TCM Hospital of Foshan city.The method was divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Mifepristone Tablets,Misoprostol Tablets,the control group was given oral treatment,the observation group in the control group given Dahuang Zhechong capsule treatment,the observation lasted for 2 weeks.To observe the changes of the symptoms of the patient;laboratory test urine pregnancy test;Transvaginal Color Doppler ultrasound examination of patients with vaginal bleeding,Intrauterine Residue and pregnancy.Use the questionnaire method to study patients with abortion history,uterine position,gestational sac maximum diameter,emotional level and daily schedule.Results:1.After treatment,the control group 12 cases were cured,24 cases improved,14 cases ineffective,invalid patients were performed curettage treatment,the total effective rate was 72%;and 18 cases were cured,29 cases improved,3 cases ineffective,invalid patients underwent curettage treatment,the total efficiency of 94%;the observation group total therapeutic the effect was better than the control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.43,P=0.00),the observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of tcm.3.Two groups of patients with pregnancy before and after pregnancy,vaginal bleeding volume compared to the observation group of patients with vaginal bleeding was significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the observation group the amount of vaginal bleeding and their blood volume,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),suggesting that the patients in the observation group were significantly less than the amount of vaginal bleeding menses.While the control group,the amount of vaginal bleeding and menstrual blood volume comparison,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),suggesting that patients in the control group,the amount of vaginal bleeding and menstruation amount.4.In control group,the average duration of vaginal bleeding was 11.161+ 3.172 days.The average duration of vaginal bleeding was 9.184 + 1.697 days.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,the control group of patients with the duration of vaginal bleeding in 2 cases,while 34 cases in the observation group,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dahuang Zhechong capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of drug abortion patients,compared with the use of Western medicine can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding and bleeding time,and can improve the compatibility of the Mifepristone Tablets Misoprostol Tablets effect of termination of pregnancy.
