| The long-term lack of exercise will threaten the health and proper exercise will play the role of physical fitness.Therefore,the state vigorously promotes and popularizes the broadcast gymnastics,a kind of sports.Broadcast gymnastics is a kind of free hand gymnastics,which is not restricted by field and apparatus,and is easy to be popularized.This paper mainly studies the sEMG characteristics of the lower limb muscle during doing the 3 th sets of broadcast gymnastics for middle school students named<Wudongqingchun>,<Fangfeilixiang>.The 10 subjects’ sEMG signal of the lower limb muscle during doing the 3th sets of broadcast gymnastics for middle school students named<Wudongqingchun>,<Fangfeilixiang>were tested by JE-TB0810 EMG acquisition system.We extracted the two characteristics parameters of AEMG and IEMG Then we standardized the data,and found out the mean value.Using the t test to verify whether there are some differences between male and female muscles,left and right muscles and the same section of the two sets of broadcast gymnastics named<Wudongqingchun>and<Fangfeilixiang>(P<0.05).At the same time,we analyzed activation sequences and contribution rate of the various muscles during doing different parts of the two sets of broadcast gymnastics.Based on the analysis of human body’s sEMG signal of the lower limb muscle during doing the two sets of broadcast gymnastics named<Wudongqingchun>,<Fangfeilixiang>,we got a certain degree differences between men and women lower limb muscle function in the two sets of broadcast gymnastics,and in the larger range of motion,the differences between men and women most of the muscle were more significantly,as a whole it showed that the female muscle EMG characteristics was more than the male muscle EMG characteristics.The EMG activity of the left and right sides of the lower limb muscles was consistent,and the characteristics of the left and right sides of the lower limb muscles had symmetry.In the same section of two sets of broadcast gymnastics named<Wudongqingchun>,<Fangfeilixiang>,human body’s sEMG signal showed no significant difference in most of the sections,but in the larger range of motion named kicking movement and jumping movement,it showed significant differences.In the same section of broadcast gymnastics,the activation order of male and female muscle was different,but in different parts of the two sets of broadcast gymnastics,men and women lower limb muscle which was the first activated muscle was the left tibialis anterior.We found that the most contribution rate of male and female muscle were mainly concentrated in biceps femoris during doing the<Wudongqingchun>broadcast gymnastics.The research of this paper is to provide a reasonable reference for the arrangement and development of the later broadcast gymnastics,in order to achieve better results.At the same time it provides the method and basis for sedentary people to relieve muscle soreness. |
