Objective: Bone metastases was often accompanied by the process of tumor development,which were seriously affected the prognosis of patients and the quality of life.The ability to early diagnose bone metastasis was restricted because of its high sensitivity and low specificity.99mTc-MIBI as a tumor-seeking imaging agent already has been to diagnosis of lesions nature and prediction of chemotherapy efficacy of cancer patients.To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic value of the isolated lesion of bone metastases in 99mTc-MDP and 99mTc-MIBI scintigraphy.Methods:52 patients with tumor was enrolled in our hospital from June 2014 to November 2015,and in whom bone scans revealed the nature of isolated lesion??3?was not definite diagnosis.The 12 benign lesions and 84 malignant lesions were eventually diagnosed in a total of 96 bone lesions.The clinical data of chemotherapy were also collected.The 99mTc-MIBI double-phase SPECT/CT imaging was underwent after 52 tumor patient with 99mTc-MDP bone scintigraphy a week.The twice imaging times were 10 mins and 30 mins after injection of 99mTc-MIBI.The diagnostic efficiency of the benign or malignant bone lesions was analyzed and the relationship between the bone metastases of retention index?RI?and chemotherapy efficacy will be investigated by 99mTc-MDP scintigraphy and 99mTc-MIBI scintigraphy.Resluts: 1.The distribution of spine?31?,pelvis?21?,ribs?18?,femur?9?,shin?3?,scapula?2?were diagnosed as benign bone lesions.2.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value?PPV?,negative predictive value?NPV?and youden index of 99mTc-MDP bone scintigraphy were 100%,58.31%,90.73%,16.74%,and 0.58,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value?PPV?,negative predictive value?NPV?and Youden index of 99mTc-MIBI scintigraphy were 96.43%,83.33%,97.59%,76.92%,and 0.8,respectively.3.The RI was statistically significant difference between effective group?16 cases?and ineffective group?30 cases?.The RI of 99mTc-MIBI of bone metastases was positively correlated with chemotherapy efficacy in patients.Conclusion: 1.Bone metastases were often occur in axial skeleton and followed by the bones of limbs.2.The diagnostic efficiency of 99mTc-MIBI scintigraphy was superior to 99mTc-MDP bone scintigraphy.3.The better times of 99mTc-MIBI double-phase SPECT/CT imaging were 10 mins and 30 mins after injection of 99mTc-MIBI.4.The RI of bone metastases in 99mTc-MIBI to a certain extent can predict the efficacy of chemotherapy.
