In recent years,people on the brain's internal structure and physiological mechanism of the research has become more and more scientific research on the hot and difficult.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)continues to mature and develop,has become a powerful tool for human to study human brain.From the network level analysis of the human brain's internal connection and structural characteristics can be a better understanding of the working principle and physiological mechanism of the brain from a macro perspective.It is helpful to analyze the disease brain network by using the complex network analysis method based on graph theory to detect the change of brain network state and structure in the brain,which can help to study the disease Early onset of schizophrenia(EOS)is a disease caused by brain tissue structure and dysfunction,there is little research from the network level to study the brain structure characteristics of this disease.Based on the magnetic resonance data and the introduction of brain structure and function network construction method,this thesis introduces the complex network analysis method based on graph theory,and applies this method to early-onset schizophrenia magnetic resonance data in order to analyze the brain structure and function network of patients with EOS.Firstly,the structure network and functional network of the brain were constructed by using the Diffusion Tensor Imaging(DTI)data and functional Magnetic Resonance Data(fMRI)and then the small-world network model based on graph theory was used to study connection state of the structure functional network of patient group and normal control group.The results showed that the brain structure network and functional network of both the patient group and the control group showed the characteristics of the small-world network.In addition,the small-world topological attribute index,the clustering coefficient index and the local efficiency index of the structural network o f the patient group were significantly higher than the normal control group,and the global strength of the network was significantly decreased.This suggests that the network stability of the brain structure network of patients with early schizophrenia is compromised and the internal structure may be impaired.Secondly,we not only calculate and statistics the overall index of the network,but also calculate and analyze the local topological attribute index of the network.The results show that the node characteristic path of the patient's brain structure network is significant lower in the Right Inferior Frontal Gyrusn of Triangular Part,Left Superior Occipital Gyrus,Left Post central Gyrus,Right Superior Parietal Gyrus,Left Angular Gyrus,Left Heschl Gyrus,Right Superior Temporal Gyrus than that of the control group;However,the network node efficiency in Right Inferior Frontal Gyrus of Triangular Part,Left Superior Occipital Gyrus,Right Superior Parietal Gyrus have a significant reduction;And the length of the characteristic path in Left Postcentral Gyrus,Right Superior Parietal Gyrus,Left Angular Gyrushave significantly correlation with the clinical PANSS scale.These results may be mean that the fiber from these brain areas have a loss and the efficiency of the information processing is weakened.
