Schizophrenia is a complex multifactorial mental illness, and more and more research has shown that schizophrenia is caused by the external environment and genetic,in which genetic factors occupy a very important part.In the past, the judgment of schizophrenia patients can only be diagnosed by the clinical manifestation and the description of patients. There is a certain rate of misjudgment.Imaging genetics is composed of imaging and genetics, can be used to study the relationship between genetic information and brain image phenotype. Then we can use some mathematical tools to study the brain structure analysis and brain function connection analysis in some patients with complex diseases, and make some reliable mathematical judgment and improve the diagnosis rate of patients. With the rise of imaging genetics, many scholars in the country or abroad have made many explorations on the brain structure connection analysis of the brain. However,in the previous brain structure association analysis, the method of using candidate brain regions and candidate genes has been added much prior information and the whole-brain genome-wide association analysis method makes it difficult to get a significant signal.First of all,we selected the genes and potential lesion areas with high schizophrenia by defining hotclusters.Secondly,we established the Bayesian network for the normal person and schizophrenic patients to analyze causality.By comparing the patients hotclusters connection with the normal person hotclusters connection is different, from the impact gene function analysis of the hotclusters,we infer that the specific connection between the specific clusters may be the cause of schizophrenia, provided a possibility in the brain area level to distinguish between normal person and the patients. This result provides a reference for the research and treatment schizophrenia.
