Tongue Pressure Resistance Feedback Training With Chinese Medicine Popsicle Pharyngeal Stimulation Treatment Of Swallowing Disorders After Stroke’s Clinical Research

Intracranial blood circulation obstacle caused brain tissue damage and all this group of diseases named cerebrovascular disease.Stroke,among these diseases,is the most common one.It is characterized by high incidence and high morbidity.The death toll in China each year from disease of heart head blood-vessel of about 2.6 million,accounts for about 45% of the proportion of the total death.Deglutition disorders orswallowing disorder is one of the most common complications in patients with cerebral apoplexy.It could be accompanied by sounds vague and arduous.It could cause aspiration then cause lung infection,malnutrition and complications such as water and electrolyte balance disorder,seriously affect the prognosis of patients with stroke.Rehabilitation of stroke is the most effective way to reduce morbidity.Swallowing rehabilitation training for the patients who suffer from swallowing disorder after stroke has been widely used in clinical and achieved good clinical effect.So this training is very important that it could shorten the duration of symptoms,reduce the burden of the patient and family society,improve the quality of survival in patients with aspects with aspects,reduce the mortality rate of death and so on.Tongue pressure resistance feedback training using the muscle of tongue recovery machine in swallowing training.This inspiration is from thephysiological process which hyoid service and forward movement.Its goal is to make patients more easyliy get the main points from visual feedback through the tongue pressure meter pressure data changes.To improve tongue muscle service strength,increase the amplitude of tongue while swallowing hyoid,increase the feeling of tongue,enhance the tongue control and coordination ability,enhance the ability of tongue by transporting food.It is suitable for tongue muscle strength after stroke and lack of coordination.As the treasure of the motherland medicine,Chinese Medicine Popsicle shows a unique curative effect in stimulation in the rehabilitation of swallowing disorder.This study,through clinical treatment and observation,combined treatment group and single treatment group and control group were significantly difference effect comparison.Combination group is better than that of single treatment group and control group.Hope this study could provide clinical treatment with a brand new swallowing rehabilitation concept then promote the development of swallowing disorder rehabilitation and get more welfare for swallowing disorder patients.Objective: To study the curative effect of tongue pressure feedback resistance training combined with TCM tongue popsicle pharyngeal stimulation for the patients of swallowing disorder after stroke.Methods: Selected 120 patients who suffer from swallowing disorder after stroke and divided them into 3 groups randomly,40 cases in each group.We made the treatment group as control group with regular swallowing rehabilitation treatment generally.Except that we also gave them popsicle pharyngeal stimulation treatment.We made treatment group B as the combination group and gave them tongue pressure resistance feedback training treatment on the basis of treatment group A then compared the clinical curative effect among the three groups.Results: All these three treatment groups could improve the problem of swallowing disorder but the effect of combined treatment group would be better than the other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Tongue pressure feedback resistance training combined with TCM popsicle pharyngeal stimulation treatment has significant curative effect for the patients who suffer from swallowing disorders after stroke.It could shorten the treatment time and improve swallowing function effectively.The curative effect of combination therapy is better than single rehabilitation.
