| Objective: To study the clinical effect of the auricular pressing therapy combining with the five-element music therapy in the treatment of PSD.At the same time,the effect of HCY on PSD was investigated by comparing the levels of plasma HCY before and after treatment.Methods: The 60 cases of patients with PSD were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group was treated by the auricular pressing therapy combining with the five-element music therapy,the control group was treated by conventional oral fluoxetine treatment.The course of treatment lasted for a total of 4 weeks.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy evaluation: two groups after treatment were improved,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,the effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).(2)HAMD-17 evaluation: The HAMD-17 score of the treatment group and the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(3)The efficacy of ADL evaluation standard: The ADL score of the treatment group and the control group after treatment than before treatment were significantly increased,there was significant difference between the groups(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)NIHSS assessment: The NHISS score of the treatment group and the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)HCY value: The HCY value of the treatment group and the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(6)The safety analysis was feasible safety.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 13.33%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 30%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion(s):(1)The auricular pressing therapy combining with the five-element therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with PSD,improve the quality of life of patients,increase their confidence in recovery,no significant adverse reactions.The method has good curative effect and high safety,and has the value of further research,development and application.(2)The decrease of HCY level is beneficial to the rehabilitation of the patients with PSD. |
