Objective: To observe the clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO on diabetic foot ulcers, and explore the mechanism of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods: 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcer patients, were randomly divided into experience group and control group,30 cases in each group. The experimental group used MEBT/MEBO dressing treatment, control group bovine basic fibroblast growth factors(bFGF)dressing treatment,14 days for 1 courses, were recorded in two groups of patients with wound over first courses, second courses of healing, observe the treatment rate of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect of two groups of patients with wound healing 2 courses after the evaluation of its efficacy and safety.Result: After 28 days of treatment, the patients in the experience group were significantly superior to those in the control group(P < 0.05)in the area of ulcer, the depth and the local symptoms and signs before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy of the experience group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).At the same time, the experience group had no obvious side effects or adverse reactions.Treatment of the14 d,28d,the contents of VEGF and EGF in the experience group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)MEBT/MEBO has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers, which can shorten the healing time and improve the local symptoms, and has no obvious adverse reaction.(2)The use of MEBT/MEBO can significantly improve the content of VEGF and EGF in two patients with diabetic foot wound, and accelerate the process of woundrepair.
