Objective:In this study,weobserved the clinical efficacy,safety and motilin function by Warming Yang and Regulating Stomach Decoction treating deficiency cold of spleen and stomach typeof functional dyspepsia,And to provide the new ideas and methods fortraditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease.Methods:This study was adopted a randomized method,82 cases who met the inclusion criteria of functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,41 patients in each group.The treatment group were taken Warming Yang and Regulating Stomach Decoction,the control group Mosapride citrate tablets and Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets treatment.andtwo groups were treated for 4 weeks.This study,we observed the changes of TCM symptoms,quality of life and the level of motilin from two groups’ comparison before and after.All the date were statistically analyzedwith SPASS17.0 statistical software.Results:In this study,we finished observing 79 patients that included 40 cases in treatment group,39 cases in the control group,but 3 cases were removed.1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.36% after treatment.It showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome score:The symptoms of treatmentgroup were significantly improved compared with before treatmentafter treatment.Epigastric pain,epigastric fullness,spit clear water,anorexia symptoms of the control group were better than before treatment(P <0.05),but other symptoms were not improved than before.In compared with control group,other symptoms improvement form the treatment group were also more better than the control group in addition to epigastric pain,spit water symptoms,other symptoms after treatment(P<0.05).3.FDDQL comparison: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in daily life,sleep,anxiety,discomfort,health perception,pressure(P<0.05),and the two group efficacy in improving diet and disease control(P<0.05);and two groups had similar effects on diet inprovement and disese control.4.Plasma motilin comparison: The plasma motilin levels of the two groups were both higher than that before treatment,and the difference between both groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared the two groups,the plasma motilin level the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Recurrence rate comparison: The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 16.22%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 41.38%.It showed that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Safety evaluation: There was no adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment.Conclousions:1.In this study showed that Warming Yang and Regulating Stomach Decoctiontreating deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type of functional dyspepsia had definitely curative effect,improved the quality of lifeof patients with FD,and no untoward reactions was discovered,it was safe,worth of clinical application.2.The mechanism Warming Yang and Regulating Stomach Decoctiontreating deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type of functional dyspepsia may be associated with elevated motilin levels.
