Effect Of Huoxue Yiqi Lishui Decoction On Postoperative Blood Hypercoagulability In Elderly Patients With Hip Fracture After Joint Replacement

Objective: To investigate the effect of the combination of Huoxue Yiqi Lishui Decoction and low molecular weight heparin calcium on blood coagulation status of the elderly patients with hip fracture after operation for providing the clinical basis for prevention of thrombosis after hip fracture in patients with hypercoagulable state of blood.Methods: From February,2016 to February,2017,all resident patients of hip fracture(including femoral neck fracture,intertrochanteric fracture)in department of orthopedics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guang Xi University of TCM were selected;Then 50 Patients were screened out and Randomly divided into two groups,including the control group A and the treatment group B,n=25;In the first dayafter operation,Group A began to use Low molecular weight heparin calcium;And on the basis of the control group A,we Give the treatmentgroup B with Huoxue Yiqi Lishui Oral,two groups at the same time to the conventional treatment measures;Time for observation in all cases is10 days;After the first postoperative day and on the tenth day,we observe the blood data of DDimer,Fib,PT,APTT and PLT.Patients were also observed before and after the limb circumference difference and pain score.Statistical analysis was used to analyze the results,using SPSSI22 statistical software for statistical analysis;group comparison using paired t test,group comparison using independent samplest test,P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1)During the observation period,there were 0 cases(0%)of DVT in the symptomatic lower extremity DVT,and 1 case(4%)in the control group(group A),and there was not observed PTE during the course of the experiment.(2)After the first postoperative day and on the tenth day,the differences of limb and the contralateral limb weeks diameter difference and pain score between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups on the tenth day(P<0.05).(3)Blood indicators(Ddimer,FIB,PT,APTT,PLT):All of the indicators after surgery had significant differences compared with the level on the tenth day(P=0.000<0.05);and there was significant difference between the two groups on the tenth day(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)Huoxue Yiqi Lishui Decoction not only can significantly decrease the level of Fib,PLT,Ddimer and prolong the APTT,PT in the blood,but also improve the Hypereoagulable state.So it suitable for early Application of patients after hip fracture surgery.(2)Huoxue Yiqi Lishui Decoction can not only reduce the deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after surgery for hip fracture incidence,but also reduce the patients with postoperative limb swelling,pain and other symptoms,improve local blood circulation,and have good effects on prevention of elderly hip fracture postoperative deep vein thrombosis.
