Observation On Curative Effect Of Modified Guipi Decoction Combined With Shengmai Decoction In Treating Ventricular Premature Beats Of Deficiency Of Heart And Spleen

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Guipi Decoction combined with Shengmai Decoction in patients with ventricular premature beats of heart and spleen deficiency,and to explore and analyze its mechanism,and to provide scientific basis for its clinical application.Provide safe and effective Chinese medicine prescription for treatment of premature ventricular contractions,so as to better serve the clinical.MethodsFrom September 2015 to February 2017,the hospital department and outpatient department of the Department of Cardiology,Guanggu District,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were in line with the diagnostic criteria of premature ventricular premature beats and 50 patients with deficiency of heart and spleen syndrome.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by randomized control group.Treatment group:Oral Guipi Decoction Combined with Shengmai Decoction treatment,2 times / day,every day after breakfast and lunch.The control group: oral western medicine suetate minoprolol sustained-release tables(metoprolol)[Astra Zeneca Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.] 47.5mg * 7,the initial amount of 23.75 mg,once a day,according to blood pressure,heart rate changes,Gradually adjust the dose,treatment were 4 weeks.The changes of the number of premature beats and the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram were observed before and after treatment,and the relevant data were collected and analyzed statistically.Results1.Ventricular premature beat frequency: premature ventricular total decreased obviously in two groups after treatment,after treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);2.Ventricular premature total curative effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 76%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment;3.TCM syndrome: treatment group and control group can effectively improve the symptoms of premature,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),to palpitations shortness of breath,lassitude,poor appetite and lusterless complexion improved significantly in the two groups,dizzy,insomnia and dreaminess,loose stools and abdominal distension the improvement of no significant difference(P>0.05);4.The total efficacy of TCM syndrome integral: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88%,the total effective rate of the control group was 64%,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);5.Safety: in the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with no serious adverse reactions,the entire regular monitoring of blood and urine feces three conventional,liver and kidney function,blood coagulation function indicators,no obvious change.Conclusion1.Guipi Decoction Combined with Shengmai Decoction can greatly improve patients with deficiency of spleen two premature ventricular contraction syndrome,including palpitations shortness of breath,lassitude,poor appetite,and lusterless complexion symptoms improved obviously.2.Guipi Decoction Combined with Shengmai Decoction can greatly reduce the number of patients with ventricular premature beats;3.Guipi Decoction Combined with Shengmai Decoction had no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in the process of the therapeutic ventricular premature,illustrates its safety and effectiveness.
