| ObjectiveRenal colic as one of the common urology diseases, can cause severe pain, always accompanied with nausea and vomiting, the symptom such as sweating and pale complexion.Elderly patients or those who suffered from other illnesses may have the risk of shock.Treating it mainly by western medicine therapy, but sometimes the effect is not satisfied and there are lots of adverse reactions.Professor Yunqiao Qiu frequently uses Qiu’ s point on the treatment of renal colic, which has showed many advantages during the treatment.Through observing the plasma level of 6-KetoPGF1a and TXB2 in different groups,we evaluated the level of the front ring TXA2 and PGI2 thrombus element to discuss the mechanism of Qiu’s point on renal colic’ s treatment.Methods1.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,20 normal people and 40 patients with acute renal colic were selected.2.According to random number table,40 cases of renal colic patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(a group treated by Qiu’s point)and a control group(a group treated by muscle injection of tramadol)of 20 cases each. Two groups respectively get treatment of line pressure Qiu’ s point or muscle injection of tramadol 100 mg according to the requirement.3.Observe and collect the scores from VAS pain rating scale in the treatment group and the control group before and after the treatment.4.Testing the normal group, the treatment group and the control groups’plasma level of 6-KetoPGF1a and TXB2 before and after treatment, thus to evaluate the level of the front ring TXA2 and thromboxane PGI2.5.Adopting SPSS21.0 statistical software to analyze the collected data,we at last studied the mechanism of Qiu’ s point on the treatment of renal colic.Results1.None of the patients were dropped out during the test. All the patients had no statistically difference on gender, ages and the time since the onset of renal colic to treatment was given(P>0.05).2.Before treatment, there was no no statistically difference on scores from VAS pain rating scale in treatment group and control group(P>0.05).After treatment, the improvement on scores from VAS pain rating scale in the treatment group had not displayed the stastistically significant superiority than the control group(P>0.05).Scores from VAS pain rating scale were reduced after treatment in both groups, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparisons of the degree of decline of the VAS pain score after and before treatment between the treatment group and the control group were not statistical significant(P>0.05).3.The comparisons of the 6-KetoPGFla、TXB2 levels before treatment between the treatment group and control group were not statistical significant(P>0.05),but the 6-KetoPGF1a、TXB2 levels were higher than the normal group and the comparisons were statistical significant(P<0.05);The comparisons of the 6-KetoPGFla、TXB2 levels after treatment between the same group were statistical significant(P<0.05),and the degree of decline of the 6-KetoPGF1a and TXB2 levels of the treatment group was higher than the control group, that the comparisons were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared Acupressure Qiu’ s point with muscle injection of tramadol, under the same curative effect, the former one has the advantages on reducing renal colic patients’ plasma inflammatory neurotransmitters, such as top ring element of TXA2 and PGI2 thrombus element. The mechanism of Qiu’ s point on treating renal colic may be associated with lowering related plasma inflammation neurotransmitter in patients with renal colic. |
