| ObjectiveApplication of this study is to add three refs atractylodes of enteral nutrition preparations in yiqi spleen,regulating intestinal flora,improving gastrointestinal function,improve immune function,etc,to improve the immune function in patients with spleen deficiency critical.Collected through test in patients with peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroup and immunoglobulin,the data change before and after treatment,Preliminary evaluation and three atractylodes dispersion effect on the immune function of patients with spleen deficiency of critical,at the same time to make a preliminary discussion on the mechanism,For replenishing qi spleen in clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine provides new idea and method of critically ill patients.MethodsThe prospective,randomized,single-blind,controlled study,In June 2016 to March 2016 in the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM in severe medicine and Chinese medicine qi deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome of critically ill patients with 54 cases included in the study,According to the ways to eliminate,included in the standard 1:1 randomly assigned to qualified cases were divided into treatment group(27 cases)and control group(27 cases).All included in the cases in the case of hemodynamic and stable internal environment,and no taboo of enteral nutrition after early implementation enteral nutrition(24-48 hours),the control group using a standard formula of enteral nutrition agent can fully,the treatment group with gastric tube or nasal jejunal tube into 200 ml lingya atractylodes bulk medicinal broth,time/day,treatment for 7 days.Four diagnostic data collected at the same time into the cases and acute physiology and chronic health ?(APACHE ?)score,record two groups of patients in the check-in ICU24 hours and 1 week after treatment of T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+ and CD3+,CD4+/CD8+),NK cell activity,immune globulin level change and common gastrointestinal tract complications and related indicators,data sorting,statistical analysis,evaluation in traditional Chinese medicine and three atractylodes scattered intervened on immune function in critically ill patients.ResultsTreatment group(25 cases,control group 22 cases.Research by comparing the treatment group and control group before the APACHE ? score,age,sex ratio of baseline data,found no statistical significance(P>0.05),shows two sets of data comparable;Control group and treatment group patients were measured before treatment of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells activity and immune globulin level change has no obvious difference(P>0.05),comparable.Contrast before and after treatment in two way data found between two groups were T lymphocyte subsets,NK cell activity,immune globulin level was higher,the significant statistical significance;Contrast before and after treatment between the two way data found in treatment group and the T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells activity and immunoglobulin levels higher than the control group obviously,there are statistically significant differences.At the same time,the results showed that enteral nutrition intolerance of gastrointestinal complications in treatment group is less than the control group.ConclusionsBoth control group pure enteral nutrition support and joint treatment group enteral nutrition and Shenlingbaizhu Powder nutritional support,it can increase the activity of NK cells,CD4+,CD3+,CD4+/CD8+,IgG,IgA and IgM level,reduce the critically ill patients with APACHE ? score,reduce gastrointestinal related complications,improve improve the body's immune function.one week after treatment,the treatment group and control group in the level of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells activity and immunoglobulin levels are higher,and the treatment group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),statistically significant.At the same time,the results showed that enteral nutrition intolerance of gastrointestinal complications in treatment group is less than the control group.It is shown that the spread of Chinese traditional Chinese herbal medicine,ginseng and white,can improve the immune function of patients with severe disease and improve the prognosis of the disease. |
