Since the job satisfaction problem has been put forward in 1930 s,foreign scholars have carried out extensive research.But in our country,the organization behavior science starts late,in the health field,especially for the community health service employees in the research needs further attention,Which will play a vital role to a community health service with high degree of satisfaction and stability,to improve service quality and patient satisfaction,to enhance the competitiveness of community health institutions,and to ensure the sustainable development of community health services.Based on this,this article combining quantitative survey with qualitative analysis,taking Fengtai District,Beijing A Community Health Service Center as case study,studied the status of employees? job satisfaction to understand the major influencing factors of job satisfaction as to put forward feasible suggestions for improving employees? job satisfaction.Studies reaches the following conclusions:(1)Community health service center employees' overall job satisfaction belongs to a “normal”level.“interpersonal relationship” is the highest satisfaction while “salaries and benefits”is the lowest satisfaction;(2)“social support”and “job itself” are the main factors that constitute employees? job satisfaction;(3)Different job positions,the influence of the degree of the community employees' job satisfaction is different.In addition,the degree of education,age,job and working life of the employees directly engaged in the “training of the employees”,“work itself”,“work environment” and “social support” and other aspects of satisfaction;(4)Young employees and other personnel who have the key to the sustainable development of community health services have a more serious turnover intention.Based on the results of theoretical analysis,we can clear the government's leading role in the development of community health service center,which has a direct impact on the job satisfaction of employees.Based on the social environment and the development of community health service center,the main factors that cause the low job satisfaction of the medical profession are the leading role of the government is not in place,the high expectations of the society and the unreasonable distribution system.From the perspective of social and government management,the key to improve the job satisfaction of community health service center is to create a good social atmosphere,establish a fair and reasonable distribution system,improve the management incentive mechanism,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees so as to relieve the psychological fatigue,improve the satisfaction of employees for community work.
