Objective:To understand type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) chronic complications, and to explore the influencing factors between T2DM and different number of chronic complications of chronic complications of serum cystatin C(Cys C) levels, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical early diagnosis and early intervention treatment..Methods:A retrospective investigation of 400 T2DM patients in hospital from November 2014 to March 2016 in the people’s liberation army 461 hospital endocrinology department.Record the patient’s gender, age, duration, height, weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose(FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c), cholesterol(CHO), triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), apolipoprotein A(Lpa), serum cystatin C(Cys C), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(Scr) and the urine trace albumin and related indexes, Using SPSS21.0 software for statistical processing. Analysis of the occurrence of complications. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the number of complications. Changes of Cys C levels with different number of complications were analyzed by covariance analysis...Results:In the analysis of 400 cases of T2DM, 253 men, 147 women, the average age of the patients was 9.90 + 61.02 years old, of which 51~60 years of age, the number of patients with the largest, accounting for 40.3%. Overweight patients accounted for 50.2% of the total number of cases, obese patients accounted for 13.8%. The vast majority of patients admitted to hospital CHO levels, LDL levels, Lpa levels, urinary protein levels, BUN levels, CREA levels were normal, while GLU levels, Hb A1 c levels, C Cys levels were abnormal. Patients with no complications accounted for 18.7% of the total number of cases, suffering from a complication of 67.5%, suffering from two and more than two kinds of complications accounted for 13.7%. Analysis of the types of complications, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease diabetes incidence was highest(25.3%),followed by diabetic peripheral neuropathy(24.5%), diabetic nephropathy(21%), diabetic retinopathy(17%), diabetic foot(11.5%).Multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to find the age of the patients(51~60, 61~70), BMI(overweight), disease course and C Cys level. In the case of other factors constant, and the age distribution is compared in patients 50 years of age, the age distribution in the risk of 51~60 and 61~70years old patients suffering from a low complication(OR=0.014, 95%CI:0.001,OR=0.024, 0.184; 95%CI:0.002, 0.326). The risk of overweight patients with a complication was 3.360 times higher than normal in patients with BMI index(P=0.019);the long duration of time are the risk factors for complications(OR=16.208, 95%CI:5.542,OR=83.332, 47.401; 95%CI:14.257, 487.094); Cys C levels were abnormal in patients with 1 risk of complications that were 73.544 times the normal level of Cys C(P<0.01).Patient’s age(51~60, 61~70), disease duration and Cys Clevel were the influencing factors of the two and more than two kinds of complications in patients with T2DM. In the case of other factors constant, compared with 50 years of age distribution of patients is less than or equal to the reduced risk in the 51~60 and 61~70 years old patients with two and more than two kinds of complications(OR=0.011, 95%CI:0.001, OR=0.017, 0.160;95%CI:0.001, 0.278), the long duration of time are the risk factors of two and two the above complications(OR=5.695, 95%CI:1.523, OR=37.139, 21.297; 95%CI:5.358,257.421);The risk of two or more than two of the patients with abnormal Cys C levels was629.084 times higher than those of the normal Cys C level(P<0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the Cys C levels in patients with different number of complications. The results showed that the number of patients with C Cys was higher in the number of complications.Conclusion:1. In the research of 400 cases of T2DM, they are more concentrated in the 50-60 age;men than women: the vast majority of patients with overweight or obesity.2. In the research of 400 cases of T2DM, more than half of the patients with chronic complications, which, with a complication of the majority.3. In the research of T2DM patients with chronic complications, the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease is the highest, followed by diabetic peripheral neuropathy, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy and diabetic foot.4. The duration of the disease is long, overweight, Cys C abnormalities are T2DM combined with a risk factor for complications, the longer duration of the disease, Cys C levels of the patients with abnormal two and more than two kinds of complications, the higher the risk.5. Elevated serum Cys C level is a risk factor for the increase in the number of chronic complications of T2DM.
