ObjectiveTo investigate the 873 samples from sources of foodborne diseases?food poisoning?routine tasks and sentinel hospitals in Jiangyin City 2013-2014.Analysis the Pathogenicity and research the virulence genes as TDH ? TRH ? TLH on the 44 strains Vibrio parahaemolyticus which come from the food poisoning. To provide evidence for the establishment of molecular traceability database and control of food poisoning caused by Vibrio.Research methods1.Sample source: The samples this study used are from the 2013-2014 period in the daily work of Jiangyin CDC,including 386 copies of foodborne diseases ?206 samples of food poisoning? 114 cases of routine tasks and 167 samples of sentinel hospital,a total of 873 samples.Food poisoning samples from 17 food poisoning incidents occurred between the 2013-2014 two years.44 strains of vibrio strain, which originated from food poisoning, were identified by biochemical tests and PCR qualitative detection.2.Virulence gene detection: detection of TDH,TRH,TLH three kinds of virulence genes by real-time fluorescence PCR methodResult1.In all 873 samples,55 strains(6.3%)were identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and 32 strains(3.7%)were identified as other Vibrios.2.The detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in samples from high to low are: food poisoning,21.4%(44/206),routine tasks detection 4.4%(5/114),food borne diseases risk monitoring 1.3%(5/386),sentinel hospitals 0.6%(1/167).3.The detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in the routine samples at the rate of sample types from high to low are: aquatic products 12.9%,cooked or salad 1.4%,vegetables 0%.4.Outbreaks of food poisoning were concentrated in the third and fourth quarters. The highest detection rate of 17 cases of food poisoning caused by food poisoning occurred between 2013-2014 is Vibrio parahaemolyticus, which reached 6.5 of the other pathogens were detected(3 from the detection of Staphylococcus aureus,2 from the detection of deformation),6 cases no detection of pathogenic bacteria.5.The positive rate of tdh gene was 38.6%(17/44),trh gene was not detected in all 44 samples(0/44),and the positive rate of tlh was 100%(44/44).All kinds of samples of tdh gene positive strains, the highest separation anal swab(16/22),up to 72.7%;the lower 4.8% isolates of leftovers(1/21);there were not detected in the environment.ConclusionVibrio parahaemolyticus is the dominant strains in the area of foodborne disease especially in the food poisoning,In the clinical samples of food poisoning, the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is high and the rate of tdh virulence gene is high also, and the tdh gene is highly correlated with the pathogenicity of Vibrio. The detection rate of Vibrio in aquatic products was high, the aquatic products are the high risk food which can cause food poisoning. The food borne active monitoring of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus should be strengthened, especially for the food safety supervision and management of aquatic products.
