Application Of The Rural Residents Hospital Costs And Compensation Levels And The Flow Of Patient Relations In One Of Xinjiang County

Objective: Understand the different levels of medical institutions in 2009~2015years a county in Xinjiang rural residents,quality of hospital care of hospitalized patients,Explore the relationship between rural hospitalization costs,compensation costs,the hospital level,the type of disease and medical flows between and make relevant policy recommendations in force to meet the need for hospitalization of farmers,to alleviate the outstanding problems of farmers medical treatment is difficult for new farmers combined with high standards of health decision-making basis for sustainable development.Methods: During the 2009~2015 years patient medical institutions at different levels hospitalized original data entry summary Excel database,and the seven years of data,number of hospitalizations,hospital costs,pocket costs,type of disease,according to the flow of medical treatment and medical institutions at different levels compensation costs and other indicators of descriptive statistics analysis.Use SPSS17.0 software,measurement data of the two groups using the t test,more than two groups using analysis of variance test,count data using statistical analysis ?2 test.Results: 1)Xinjiang County Rural Residents inpatients visitors different levels of medical institutions,hospital costs,compensation costs and drug costs rise year by year.The per capita compensation costs and per capita drug costs in this period were of uneven development during 2009~2015years.2)Medical treatment flow of rural residents increased year by year;At different levels of health facilities,medical care overall flow of rural residents have high to low are:the county,township,and above provincial and municipal medical institutions during2009 ~ 2015 years.3)The number of rural residents hospitalized different levels of medical institutions,hospital costs,compensation costs and drug costs were not balanced growth,including hospital costs and the cost of medicines and medical institutions above the provincial level of consumption of the largest,and the number of hospitalizations county-level medical institutions,compensation cost is much higher than other levels of medical institutions,the number of hospitalizations township hospitals after the county-level medical institutions.4)There are differences between the different levels of hospital compensation than medical institutions,it was statistically significant(P<0.05)between years.Rural residents with medical grade reduction for medical treatment and compensation ratio increased gradually,wherein the ratio of compensation township-level medical institutions than other levels of medical institutions.With years of growth,provincial and municipal medical institutions above and share compensation expenses declined significantly increased the proportion of compensation township and county-level medical institutions to effectively reduce the burden on rural residents for medical treatment.Conclusion: Xinjiang county rural medical institutions at different levels in 2005~2015 years,the utilization of hospital inpatient larger difference;Rural hospital visits at different levels of medical institutions,hospital fees and compensation for the year compared with growth and showed a rising trend in different proportions,but at different levels of medical institutions,the county hospital inpatients,hospital fees and compensation costs accounted for a larger proportion of the county and provincial and medical institutions above and more,fewer township hospitals and municipal medical institutions for medical treatment trend showing an overall flow of rural residents,and therefore the burden of medical treatment of rural residents still cannot be ignored,governments at all levels attaches great importance to increasing government investment,financial assistance,funding criteria,by adjusting the ratio of compensation to improve the new rural cooperative,guiding the flow of rural residents for medical treatment,optimizing allocation of health resources,strengthen the new rural cooperative regulatory regime,thereby contributing to rural health services sustainable and coordinated development,building a new countryside and to construct a harmonious society.
