| Background:The teaching mode of traditional basic subjects centered on subjects is separated from the clinical practice.The knowledge in the basic medical courses and clinical medical courses are also segregated and lack of relationship.It no longer adapt to the change of modern medical model and the social demand of medical services.To solve this problem,need to change the situation that the curriculum separated from the social development and the actual condition of students,strengthen the comprehensiveness and practicality of curriculum.To comply with the new situation of medical education reform and the need of nation deepening the health care system reform,follow the law of medical education teaching,deeply implement the synergetic development between medical and teaching,promote the integration of basic and clinical medicine courses,perfect the evaluation system of ability oriented,borrow the beneficial experience of cultivating domestic and overseas medical recruitment,with the pursuit of excellence as the theme,the post competence as the purpose,the ability to adapt to the reform as the mainline,the intensive teaching reform as activity and the student cultivation as the centre.based on the national outstanding doctor program,built the five-year clinical medicine professional excellence doctor training mode in 2013.Objective:This research is based on outstanding doctor program,to study medical curriculum integration and implementation effect evaluation.It emphasize on the combination of objective evaluation,formative evaluation and summative evaluation.It gives comprehensive evaluation on the effect of medical curriculum integration scheme which use the post competence as guiding and the organ system as center,through two lines,vertical and horizontal evaluation,and combined with the subjective evaluation of teachers and students,to provide data base for the full implementation of medical education model reform.Methods:This research is under the framework of five-year clinical medicine professional excellence doctor training mode.Since 2013,conduct the evaluation on the application and effect of medical curriculum integration.Randomly select 2 classes from the five-year clinical medicine specialty as the teaching reform core centered on integration every year,at the same time select two classes as comparison.The teaching reform primarily centre on teaching team construction,medical curriculum system constructing,course content,teaching methods and teaching material construction,etc.Using inductive analysis,expert investigation method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,to review and summarized references related to integrated medical curriculum research.Organizing expert seminar to argue the class(integration)for clinical medicine professional talent training plan,and at the same time,organize experts to other colleges and universities to research to study the reform experience.Reforming the teaching methods and teaching means,construct and conduct the medical curriculum integration scheme which use the post competency as guiding and the organ system as center.Issuing questionnaires to students and teachers,evaluate the effect of the implementation of medical course integration through the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.At the same time,it also reformed the teaching methods and teaching means,build and implement the medical curriculum integration scheme which use the post competence as guiding and the organ and qualitative analysis.Data management is by Epidata 3.1 data entry,analysis is by SPSS 17.0.This research mainly uses rank test and t test to analyze the differences between the experimental group and the control group.Results:It has built a set of suitable integrated medical curriculum plan,formed the basic medical integration curriculum mode which is centered on organ system,optimized the course system and the content of integration curriculum module,carried out the reform of Hybrid-PBL teaching method and completed teaching materials which meet the basic medical integrated courses.The satisfaction to integration class centered on organ system of integration course model is 90.1%,and from 2013 grade to 2015 grade,the satisfaction increases from 82.5%to 95.3%,the score of integrated basic medical courses module rating in 85-90 points.The average course of 2013 and 2015 grade are higher than normal class,the differences is statistically significant(P<0.05).In the aspect of satisfaction of teaching repeated content in interdisciplinary,2015 grade integration class has higher satisfaction compared to normal class,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);But in the aspects of the consistency and abundance of curriculum content and course materials,normal class students have higher satisfaction,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);About 89.6%students agree with that the integration increases the contact between various disciplines knowledge,with which 10.4%students disagree;about 90.7%students agree with that clinical content is helpful to grasp the basic knowledge,with which 9.3%students disagree.In the aspects of teachers’ communication and accessibility,2014 grade integration class has higher evaluation,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);In the field of emotion,cognition field,current curriculum model improved the attendance,the learning interest and the classroom participation enthusiasm,2014 grade class has higher recognition than normal class,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The students provide their suggestions on the aspects,like course module settings,degree of content integration,etc.To teachers,the evaluation results in the teaching idea,teaching team construction,revision of the teaching content,teaching method reform and integrated practical skills.Conclusion:The effect of integration curriculum showed that the teachers and students in integrate class hold positive attitudes on the questionnaire of integrated curriculum implementation effect and proved its feasibility.But it still needs further improvement in the continuity and alignment of the course content,teaching material construction and course evaluation. |
