Anterolateral Thigh Flap Perforators And Its Source Arteral Characteristics Of CTA Images:CT-angiography Study

Objective To study the anterolateral thigh perforators and its source arterial characteris-tics of CT-angiography images by observating 28 sides adult lower limbs CTA imaging data,in order to guide individual design of anterolateral thigh perforator flap.Methods We collected 28 adult lower limbs CTA data as the sample which checked from 2010.8 to 2015.12 and reconstructed three-dimensional images by ADW 4.6 workstation for observation,including perforators' number,course,location at the profundal fascia level and source arteral course,length,caliber.Results DB can be classified as common trunk type(Type,64.2%)? and non-common trunk type(Type?,35.8%).The total of perforators of DB was 37,3 case haven't found obvious perforator(10.7%),15 case found one perforator(53.6%),10 case more than one perforator(35.7%).Type?and type DB average ?perforator count for(1.5 ±0.78),(1.0± 0.66);septocutaneous perforators count for 37%,40%.The primary source arteral caliber of the type?and type?DB was(1.3±0.31)mm,(1.0±0.54)mm.The first source of arteral caliber was(2.7±0.5)mm,(2.5±0.4)mm;length was(56.5±25.7)mm,(65.4±12.2)mm.Secondary source arteral diameter was(3.3±0.7)mm,(3.2±0.5)mm;length was(56.5±25.7)mm,(65.4±12.2)mm.Conclusions CTA images have very high application value in the observation of arterial anatomy parameter of perforators and its source artery.It can provide guidance for individual design of anterolateral thigh perforator flap.
