Development Of Patient Reported Outcomes Instrument For Primary Osteoporosis

Objective: To report the outcome of patients with Mongolian osteoporosis(Patient Reported Outcomes,PRO)-scale development.Methods: To set up a research group,Mongolian medicine basic theory as guidance,according to the U.S.Food and Drug Administration(FDA)the principle of making PRO scale stipulated beforehand to develop the conceptual framework of scale.Through literature review,case history review,patient interviews and expert consultation,the collection and extraction of important information.Expert questionnaire and patient questionnaire survey to collect data,using expert scoring method.Further the importance of discrete trend method,factor analysis method,the Krone Bach coefficient method and stepwise regression method of five methods of statistical data screening items,and ultimately the formation of Mongolian osteoporosis sufferers report outcomes(PRO)pre scale.Results: The research consists of 26 items of the physiological field,psychological field of 5 items,5 items and 4 items and treatment in the field of social fields,a total of 4 40 reports of patients with osteoporosis to Mongolia outcome(PRO)pre scaleConclusion: The study has developed the Mongolian Medicine report in patients with dry bone Mongolian outcome(PRO)pre scale,laid the foundation for the next research of reliability analysis and validity analysis etc..Provide the basis for the evaluation of clinical curative effect of Mongolian medicine on withered bone disease.To provide reference for the clinical research on the effect of Mongolian medicine.
