China now is a leader in developing countries, and its comprehensive strength is growing.International influence of China is also growing, and its industrial development level is getting higher and higher. The prospects for electronics companies are getting better and better, and the number of firms has grown dramatically.Today,China has grown into the world's largest electronic information products manufacturing base.In addition to the temporary suspension of work,in the remaining time, these devices are in operation. There is much noise in the working environment and it lasts long.If this goes on too long,it will cause harm to the physical and mental health of workers. But the noise pollution in the electronics industry is worrying. In order to enhance the occupational health management of noise in the electronics industry,to avoid the excessive exposure of noise to the physical and mental health of workers,to reduce the waste of resources, the state should study the occupational health risk assessment of the noise in the electronics industry with severe noise exposure.1 PurposeThe aim of this study is to analyze the application of four occupational health risk assessment methods regarding hazards in the electronic industry. They are the MES evaluation method, the Australian Occupational Health Risk Assessment Model, the ICMM Occupational Health Risk Assessment Model and the Occupational Hazard Risk Index.Combined with the noise on-site detection results, this study aims to find occupational health risk assessment methods or combinations for noise in the electronics business and to provide basis for China's noise occupational health risk assessment criteria.2 MethodThe workshop with severe noise exposure was selected as the research object, and the field testing and various occupational health risk assessment models were used to evaluate the noise.3 ConclusionThrough the on-site detection of noise and the application of four occupational hazards risk assessment methods, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)the workshops with serious noise exposure include: power water treatment workshop, air conditioning room, air compressor room, waste water blower room, sputtering workshop;(2)The field detection found that the workshop noise exposure situation varies with different workshops. In general, noise exposure in the control room of the workshop is within the specified limits. In addition, the noise in the power water treatment workshop is excessive overall;noise of air conditioning room host, pressure gauge, circulating pump is excessive;noise of air compressors and riveting machines in the air compressing room is excessive;noise of the waste blower room is excessive;noise of the sputtering equipment and cleaning equipment in the sputtering room is excessive;(3)By using different methods to evaluate the noise of the enterprise, the study has found that the noise pollution of the power water treatment workshop and the air conditioning room was the most serious and the risk level was the highest. The noise level of the air compressing room, the sputtering workshop and the waste blower room was slightly lower.
