Objective:Our investigation is aimed to analyze clinical characteristics, pathology of tumors, operation data, biochemical markers and postoperation follow-up materials of the patients who have colorectal tumor with peritoneal metastasis to select prognostic parameters to predictive the curative effect of cytoreductive surgery plus hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy. It may be helpful to preoperational patients selection, risk assessment and following therapy decision. Results:The study includes 42 patients who have colorectal cancer with peritoneal carcinomatosis.17 patients are males and 25 are females.Median age is 59 years old with the range from 25-81.The median follow-up time is 19.5 months and 11 patients died during the time. Two patients failed to follow up.The follow-up rate is 95.24%.We divide 18 clinical characteristics to categorical variables and use Kaplan-Meier survival curve to estimate the association between each variable and the survival rate. The PCT score,CC score, complication after operation, the day stay in the hospital after operation, preoperation tumor makers CEA,CA199,CA125,CA242 and tumor markers CA199,CA242 after operation have the significant meanings. All the significant variables are included in a Cox proportional hazard model for multivariate analysis. In all statistical analyses,P value<0.05 is considered significant. Conclusions:This small sample retrospective study shows that PCI score,CC score, complication after operation, the day stay in the hospital after operation, preoperation tumor makers CEA,CA199,CA125,CA242 and tumor markers CA199,CA242 after operation have the influence on the prognosis of patients with peritoneal carcinomatosis of colorectal cancer who come throuth CRS+HIPEC.The elevated preoperative serum CEA and CA125 were independent prognostic factors for OS of colorectal cancer peritoneal carcinomatosis.
