A 49-year-old male patient developed generalized papules which started from the scalp with severe pruritus for over 30 years.The symptoms aggravate in summer and relieve in winter.15 days ago,the generalized lesions aggravated with pruritus,twinge and elevated temperature.The histopathologic examination of skin lesions shows cutaneous dyskeratosis,with characterized corps ronds and grains.There also appears acantholysis.Combining the clinical manifestation and accessory examination the diagnosis is considered as Darier's Disease.This article will review diagnosis and research progress of Darier's Disease based on this case.
