0bservation On Clinical Effect Of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate Post Auricular Injection On Sudden Hearing Loss

Objective:(1)To observe the clinical effect of methylprednisolone sodium succinate post auricular subperiosteal injection on Sudden deafness associated with hypertension and(or)diabetes mellitus;(2)To study the influence of blood pressure and blood glucose on methylprednisolone sodium succinate post auricular subperiosteal injection on Sudden deafness patients associated with hypertension and(or)diabetes mellitus.Methods: From June 2015 to July 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi TCM University Department of ENT diagnosed as sudden deafness and hypertension and(or)60 cases of diabetic patients,according to random,clinical control study,60 patients were randomly assigned into observation group and control group.The observation group of 30 cases(37 ears listening drop,31 ear tinnitus),the control group of 30 cases(38 ears with hearing loss,tinnitus in 29 ears).The control group : extract of ginkgo biloba leaves injection 87.5mg+ 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml intravenous drip,QD;Vit B12:500ug Vit B1:0.1g,intramuscular injection,QD;10 days for 1course of treatment.The observation group on the basis of control group treated by the mastoid subperiosteal injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate treatment 20 mg,once every other day,a total of 5 times for 1 course of treatment.10 days later,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.The results were recorded and analyzed by statistical software.Results:The observation group hearing recovery rate was 48.64%,the total effective rate was 78.37%;the control group hearing recovery rate was15.79%,the total efficiency of two groups of 57.89%.data by rank sum test,available Z=-2.797,P=0.005<0.01,there was significant difference,the observation group hearing improved significantly better than the control group.The two groups were detected by rank sum test,which were mild,low frequency,flat hearing loss P < 0.05,there was significant difference,The results showed that the observation group was better than the control group in mild hearing loss,low frequency hearing loss and flat type hearing loss.Two groups after treatment in fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2H blood glucose,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure by T test,P>0.05,there was no significant difference,there was no difference between the observation group and the control group on blood pressure and blood glucose.Conclusion(s):(1)methylprednisolone sodium succinate post auricular subperiosteal injection on Sudden deafness patients associated with hypertension and(or)diabetes mellitus have better clinical curative effect on hearing;(2)methylprednisolone sodium succinate post auricular subperiosteal injection on such patients with sudden deafness on the blood pressure and blood sugar had little effect.
