Objective:To observe the elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures in perioperative FTS application combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical curative effect of treatment. To discuss combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the feasibility of perioperative scheme. Methods : This study collected patients between December 2015 and December 2015,Ruikang affiliated hospital of Guang Xi medical university joint diseases for meets the requirements of 64 cases of hospitalized patients with intertrochanteric fractures,Which are require surgical treatment, according to the patient's admission date in a random indicator for cases of the method is divided into two groups,31 cases in treatment group,30 cases in control group.Using queue comparison research methods during the same time,The treatment group is given FTS combined with Chinese medicine intervention plan,The control group group is given conventional treatment.Compared the patients of the two groups after the treatment of the hospital stays,VAS pain score, ambulation, for the first time after time, postoperative complications and postoperative develop Harris hip score, postoperative HCT and the change of HB values,to judge the clinical curative effect.Results:(1)comparison: The two groups of patients in hospital time(P<0.05),with statistical significance.(2)The two groups of patients with postoperative Harris score comparison in 1 months(P<0.05),with statistical significance.(3)Two groups of patients with postoperative Harris score comparison in 3 months(P>0.05),with no statistical significance.(4)The compared Two groups of patients with postoperative VAS score, group comparison: in postoperative 1 week and 1 month compared with the postoperative 1 day(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Comparison between groups: postoperative 1 day(P>0.05),no statistical significance.Postoperative 1 week(P< 0.05),with statistical significance.Postoperative 1 month(P>0.05),no statistical significance.(5)The comparison of two groups of patients with postoperative complications,(P<0.05),with statistical significance.(6)The comparison of two groups of postoperative explicit blood loss,(P>0.05),no statistical significance,(7)The comparison of two groups of patients with HCT:group comparison:: postoperative 1 day,3 days,7 days compared with preoperative,(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups: preoperative1 day comparison between the two groups,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparison between the two groups of postoperative 1 day,no statistical significance(P>0.05).After 3 days,7 days is compared between two groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance.(8)The comparison of two groups of patients with HB,group comparison: in postoperative 1 day,3 days,7 days compared with preoperative,HB(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Between group comparison: after 3 days,7 days is compared between two groups,(P<0.05)was statistically significant.Conclusion(1)FTS combined with traditional Chinese medicine in perioperative treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fractures can effectively shorten in-hospital time, reducing the occurrence of complications.(2)FTS combined with traditional Chinese medicine in perioperative treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fractures can effectively improve patients postoperative VAS and the Harris score in the near future.(3)FTS combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fractures can effectively reduce postoperative perioperative recessive loss of blood.
