Effect Of Ginger Moxibustion On Umbilicus Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine On Endometrial Receptivity In Infertile Patients With Gonghan

Objective To observe the effect of the Chinese traditional therapy,ginger moxibustion on umbilicus,on improving endometrial receptivity in infertile patients with Gonghan,and to further understand the advantages of traditional Chinese treatment.And get new ideas and methods to improve pregnancy rate and live birth rate.Methods 100 infertile patients diagnosed with Gonghan were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n=50)according to the research standard.Treating the treatment group with ginger moxibustion on umbilicus and Bushenhuoxue,Tiaojingnuangong Chinese herb(white peony root,Evodia,Guizhi,Fennel,Codonopsis,Falsey,Angelica,Chuanxiong,Dan,Salvia,triangular,Curcuma)treatment,ginger moxibustion umbilical once every 10 days,Chinese medicine twice a day,one dose a day;Treating the control group with Bushenhuoxue,Tiaojingnuangong traditional Chinese medicine treatment,twice a day,one dose a day.One month for a course of treatment,all patients are treated three courses.The endometrial thickness(Em),endometrial type,endometrial volume,uterine artery blood flow(pulsatility index PI,resistance index RI)and the uterine spiral arterial blood flow(PI,RI),endometrial blood flow were observed before and aftertreatment through three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography,and observeing the symptom improvements,pregnancy rate,live birth rate.After three months of treatment,datas obtained and processing statistics with SPSS 19.0 Statistical analysis software.Results(1)The endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology,endometrial volume,uterine artery and uterine spiral artery PI,RI and endometrial blood flow were improved in both groups before and after treatment.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had better curative effect and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)The clinical symptoms and signs were improved in both groups before and after treatment,and the total effective rate was 94% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)The pregnancy rate and live birtn rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 74% and the live birth rate was 32%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Ginger moxibustion on umbilicus can effectively improve the endometrial tolerance of infertile patients with Gonghan,and improve the clinical symptoms and signs,pregnancy rate and live birth rate.Bushenhuoxue,Tiaojingnuangong herbal combined with ginger moxibustion on umbilicus method in treating infertile patients with Gonghan is more effective than Bushenhuoxue,Tiaojingnuangong herb separately,and can reflect the Chinese traditional therapeutic theory of both internal andexternal treatments,and has shown great advantage in treating infertile patients with Gonghan,which is worth promoting.
