Clinical Observation Of Overall Acupotomy Treatment Of Neck Type Cervical Spondylosis

ObjectiveNeck type of cervical spondylosis is prodromal stage of various types of cervical spondylosis.This stage,witch has not yet appeared degeneration or degeneration of the cervical intervertebral disc is not obvious,is not easy to take paintionts’ attention,so that seriously affect the normal work and life with long illness.This subject adopts the overall acupotomy treatment of the neck type of cervical spondylosis and observe its clinical therapeutic effect in an all-round way,In order to improve the quality of people’s lives and the prevalence of sub-health state,achieve the goal of prevention before disease.And analyzed the mechanism of action of acupotomy therapy,so as to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease and theoretical basis for the mechanism study of acupotomy in the future.MethodsThis study selected 85 cases of neck type of cervical spondylosis patients hospitalized for observation from Shiyan city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture in March 2015 to September 2016.85 cases can be divided into two groups by using the computer random number method,43 cases was in the treatment group with overall acupotomy treatment,the other 42 patients was in the control group with pain points acupotomy treatment.All of the patients in the course of treatment is not to give other interventions during the 3 weeks treatment time of two groups.After the treatment,evaluation of clinical curative effect.Through the neck type of cervical spondylosis patients with signs and symptoms rating scale record signs and symptoms integral,by simplifying McGill pain scale patient pain score,and comparative analysis.Results1.Clinical curative effect comparison of two groups: 40 cases in the treatment group,27 cases was cured,7 cases were markedly improved,markedly effective rate was 85%;1 case is invalid,the total effective rate was 97.5%.40 cases in control group,15 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly improved,markedly effective rate was 60%;8 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 80%.After statistics analysis,two groups markedly effective rate comparison,with significant difference(P<0.05);Two group total effective rate,with significant difference(P<0.05).It shows that more exact effect in treatment group than the control group.2.Symptoms and signs improved integral comparison of two groups patients after the treatment : symptoms and signs integral of the treatment group has very obvious improvement after overall acupotomy treatment,data by statistical analysis,has extremely significant difference(P < 0.01);The treatment group compared with control group after treatment,data by statistical analysis,has significant difference(P < 0.05).It shows that both two kinds of treatment can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs,but the overall acupotomy treatment effect is more significant.3.McGill score comparison of two groups: the two groups after treatment comparison with before in its own group.PRI,PPI scores were significantly lower,data after statistics analysis,there are significant differences(P<0.05);VAS score decreased significantly,the data after statistics analysis,there are extremely significant difference(P < 0.01);PPI scores after treatment between the two groups,with significant difference(P < 0.05);PRI,VAS scores comparison,data by statistical analysis,has the extremely significant difference(P < 0.01).The two groups after treatment,McGill scores were both lower,compared with before,after statistics analysis,data has extremely significant difference(P<0.01);Treatment group compared with control group after treatment,data by statistical analysis,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Reduce pain in patients with curative effect is distinct,showed that treatment group was obviously better than the control group.ConclusionObservation results show that the overall acupotomy lysis of the neck type of cervical spondylosis,clinical curative effect significantly,can significantly improve the neck type of cervical spondylosis patients clinical symptoms and signs,reduce the McGill scale points.On the aspects of reducing current pain intensity,pain grading index and visual analogue scale of patients,are better than the control group.
