The Effect Of Therapy Of Lower Limb Fumigation Drug For The Postoperative Recovery After Posterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction By Arthroscopic

Objective:Explore the clinical value of the drug in improving the knee function after posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods:selected 30 patients from hospital of orthopedics department in 2015.2 to 2016.8,divided into control group 15 patients and test group 15 patients randomly,who all suffered PCL damage and be treated by surgery.the method of the surgery was using Semitendinosus and gracilis to reconstruct PCL,then using Bioabsorbable interference screws to fix Tibial tunnel,and using endobutton to fix Femoral tunnel.Then guide them limb functional exercise after surgery.The control group used conventional postoperative functional exercise,the test group used the same method and used lower limb fumigation drug to wash and fumigate the knee.Then observe the the knee swelling degree,VAS score,ROM,Lysholm Score,IKDC subjective score 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 12 weeks after surgery.Collected datas for statistical analysis.Results:The follow-up were all completed on the 30 cases.There had no statistical difference about Gender,age,limb.In the 1st-2nd week after the surgery,the degree of knee swelling,the VAS scores,and ROM had no difference between the control group and the test group;In the 4th week after the surgery,the degree of knee swelling,the VAS scores in the test group were lower than that of the control group while the ROM were higher than the control group at the same period,the difference provide statistical significance(P<0.05).In the 12th week after the surgery,the degree of knee swelling,the VAS scores,and ROM had no difference between the control group and the test group(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the Lysholm score and the subjective score of IKDC before and 12 weeks after the surgery between the control group and the test group(P>0.05).Conclusion:it is definitely that using the lower limb fumigation drug after the reconstruction of the posterior cruciate ligament can relief the knee joint pain,reduce the swelling of the knee joint and increase the knee joint activity.
