| ObjectiveBased on time medical theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this study is to explore timing atomization treatment of elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia expectoration drainage effect,in order to speed up the patients with pulmonary rehabilitation,shorten hospitalization time,improve the quality of life for elderly patients who with pneumonia and expectoration drainage difficulties with yet another row of phlegm,security measures.MethodSelect 68 cases of elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia who check-in respiratory and critical care medicine from March 2016 to October 2016.According to include and exclude standards,will conform to the requirements of the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,34 cases in each group..By training and qualified researchers guide two groups of patients on atomization therapy.Control group and experimental group are in strict accordance with the conventional atomization treatment,twice a day,every time 15 min,atomization give regular clasp back row of phlegm,after 7 days intervention,the control group in daily 8:00 and 16:00 atomization operation,patients in daily 11:00 at 19:00,and USES the timing spray operation.Assessment record respectively in the two groups before intervention,intervention and intervention in patients with sputum PH 7 days,patients before and after the intervention of the wet then sound score,neutrophil percentage(GR%),degree of lung inflammation absorption and quality of life scores,and after the intervention of clinical curative effect.Compare two sets of results analysis and evaluation of timing expectoration drainage effect of atomization therapy.ResultAfter the study,observation group completed research cases 32 cases,control group 32 cases.Statistical analysis of the results are as follows:1 The baseline data comparisonBefore intervention,two groups of patients with general information(such as age,gender,educational level,etc.)are all no statistical difference(P>0.05);Clinical characteristics(e.g.,disease severity,with basic diseases)compare had no statistical difference(P>0.05);Antibiotic drugs were no statistical difference compared with aerosolized medications(P>0.05),comparable;Compare two groups of patients with sputum’s PH value,wet sound score,GR%value,sternum,quality of life score had no statistical difference(P>0.05);Baseline data comparable in both groups.2 The change of sputum PHFor 4 days before intervention,intervention,intervention in two groups of patients with statistical difference(P>0.05),but the two groups of patients with chest X-ray follow-up 7 days after curative effect comparison between groups was statistically difference(P<0.05).6 The effection of clinicalTwo groups of patients before and after the intervention of TCM syndrome total curative effect comparison between groups,experimental group always show the efficiency and totaleffective rate were higher than control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.7 The change of the quality of lifeTwo groups of patients quality of life score before and after the intervention group and the comparison between groups,group,two groups of patients quality of life score before and after the intervention decreased,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,intervention in the first two group of quality of life score is no statistical significance(P>0.05),after intervention with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions1.When choose the atomization therapy can to a certain extent affect the PH sputum,GR%,reducing sputum viscosity,and relieve lung wet then,improve the clinical curative effect and patients’ quality of life.2.Choose the atomization therapy in patients with lung inflammation absorption promotion in a short period of time the effect is not significant. |
