The Clinical Observation Of QingJin HuaTan Decoction In Treatmenting Lung Cancer Combined Mild Lung Infection

ObjectiveObservation and evaluation QingJin HuaTan decoction in the treatment of lung cancer combined mild lung infection curative effect,trying to seek safe and effective for lung cancer merger mild lung infection,economic and convenient comprehensive therapy,improve the quality of life in patients with chemotherapy.MethodsAdopts the principle of randomized,controlled,54 patients with non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)as the research object,the choice of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,the WBC and NEU%,PCT,CRP,ESR as curative effect,observe evaluation qingjin HuaTan decoction the curative effect of treatment of lung cancer combined mild-moderate donor lung infection,to provide clinical basis for its popularization and application.Results1.Two groups of total curative effect of lung infection:Treatment group total effective rate was 96.2%,effective rate of control group was81.4%,two groups of treatment are effective in curative effect,treatment group cure rate was 48.1%,the invalid was 3.8%,the rank and inspection,Z = 3.869,P=0,P<0.05,the two groups in clinical total curative effect of the difference was statistically significant,the experimental group efficient is better than that of the treatment group.2.Both groups can improve the phlegm hot yu lung syndrome in patients with symptoms of TCM:(1)Qing jinhuatan decoction group of TCM symptoms curative effect to improve the situation,the healing rate was 33.3%,invalid to 0,effective at a rate of 100%,control group effective rate was 85.2%,the recovery rate of 0,two groups of curative effect by the rank and inspection,statistically significant difference,treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.(2)Two groups of TCM symptoms have improved.Two groups after treatment all can improve,sputum color and sputum volume in patients with phlegm,asthma,dry mouth,then,fever,lingual arteries and veins.By the comparison between groups,to improve the symptoms of various Chinese medicine aspect,treatment group was superior to control group,(p<0.05),with statistical significance.On the total integral improvement,differences between the two groups have statistical significance,(p<0.05),The effect of the treatment group had better.3.Both groups can reduce white blood cells,neutral grain percentage,calcitonin infection such as the original,c-reactive protein and blood sedimentation indicators,indicators in reducing infection,reduction of greater qing jin phlegm decoction group,(p<0.05),there was a statistically significant differences.4.Both groups can improve the merger of mild pulmonary infection in patients with lung cancer KPS score,(p<0.05),comparison among groups,there was no statistically significant difference.5.In the process of treatment,two groups had no adverse events.ConclusionQingjin HuaTan decoction can improve lung cancer with mild pulmonary infection in patients with cough and expectoration and dyspnea,dry mouth,fever and other symptoms,reduce the patient’s lungs,improve the lingual vein,reduce the infection index,has obvious curative effect,and no adverse events occurred in the process of treatment,so the Qingjin HuaTan decoction combined mild lung infection is effective and safe in treating lung cancer,is worthy of application and promotion,To further the progress of early application can prevent the pulmonary infection,treatment of lung cancer itself would be beneficial.
