An Empirical Study On Occupational Stress And Influencing Factors Of Public Hospital Physicians Under New Medical Reform

In the context of rapid economic development and rapid social transformation,the reform of the medical system has been deepened.Physicians have become the high-tech,high-risk and high-pressure professional people who have a heavy workload in their work,life and study and occupational stress.It is important not only to relieve the occupational stress,to improve the quality of medical care and to alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients,but also to develop more perfect medical and health care for the country.Policy to further provide a scientific basis.On the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign literatures and related documents,this paper collects the existing stress survey scale for various occupational types,analyzes the influencing factors that may form physician’s occupational stress,and adopts self-compiled questionnaire,Focusing on a number of public hospitals in Anhui Province,the top five 226 physician workers to conduct case studies,and finally the use of SPSS,Epi Data statistical software summary,statistics,analysis concluded.To summarize the occupational stress situation faced by the physician group,the specific situation is mainly as follows: the occupational stress has obvious difference in age,title,working life and so on;and the influencing factors of occupational stress are analyzed:the workload is too heavy,Scientific research stress,prominent medical risks,doctors and patients of serious contradictions,income is not satisfied,the new health care reform policy is not in place,etc.are mainly affect the physician occupational stress factors.At the end of this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to alleviate the occupational stress of doctors in the hospital from the three aspects of government and society,organization and individual.Including: the effective implementation of government functions,deepen the reform of the health care system;reform the medical security system,promote serious illness insurance;create a relaxed public opinion environment;hospital internal organization and management to strengthen the scientific community internal constraints;to solve the conflict between medical services and scientific research,Create a relaxed medical and scientific research environment;individuals to correctly understand the professional pressure,balance the mentality of self-regulation.The text of this paper is composed of four parts.First introduced the research background,research purpose and significance of the paper,research methods.The second part describes the occupational stress,stress factors,physician occupational stress,occupational stress on the impact of physicians.The third part of Anhui Province,several public hospitals in the top three occupational stress situation as a case,summed up the new medical reform under the physician occupational stress situation,analysis of occupational stress factors.On the basis of case analysis,the fourth part puts forward some suggestions on how to alleviate the occupational stress of hospital physicians from three aspects: government society,organization and individual.
