Objective To investigate the distribution and antimicrobial resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in Anhui Province from the year 2013 to 2015.Collecting all the pan-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and using the microtiter plate chequerboard assay as a test in vitrobacteriostasis experiment,which providing reference for the choice of clinical medicine.Material and sourceSource of strain A total of 829 Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical strains were isolated from patients of40 hospitals in Anhui Province from the year 2013 to 2015.Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC27853 was used as quality control strains for antimicrobial susceptibility testing,which were stored in Anhui Center of Surveillance of Bacterial Resistance.Methods1.Collecting the minimum inhibitory values of the PAE strains from 2013 to 2015 in Anhui province via agar dilutionmethod according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute guideline(CLSI,2015),then using WHONET5.6 software analysis PAE infection distribution and drug resistance,etc.2.Picking out PDRPA,using the method of board joint drug susceptibility test in vitrobacteriostasis experiment,provide reference for the choice of clinical medicine.Results1.829 PAE strains were isolated in Anhui Center of Surveillance of Bacterial Resistance,2013-2015 respectively 309 strains,232 strains,288 strains,the clinical total separation of gram-negative bacteria was 12.0%,14.4% and 12.1%,respectively2.The specimens mainly comes from the sputum,urine,blood,pus,and secretion,etc.3.The resistances of PAE to amikacin,piperacillin/tazobactam,cefepime and ceftazidime were sensitive and stable;the resistances to ceftizoxime were significantly increased;the resistance to ciprofloxacin was decreased to some point;the resistances to imipenem and meropenem were stable.4.Colistin E+rifampicin,colistin E+imipenem,colistin E+cephalosporins,piperacillin/tazobactam+ amikacin,ceftazidime+ciprofloxacin 5 groups of antimicrobial agents for PDRpseudomonas aeruginosa major synergy together.Conclusion1.Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection is still a certain proportion of clinical infection,pan-resistant drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa continuous detection showed that antibiotic resistance moment,increases the difficulty for clinical treatment;2.The colistin E and other anti-infective drug combination can be used as the generic drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection treatment.
