Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,it was obtained a good effect in most of the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive surgery. But,there were less reports of statistical analysis in comparison of advantages and disadvantages between different minimally invasive surgeries. In this article,65 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were collected from Department of neurosurgery in Bayannaoer Hospital from March 2014 to March 2016.According to different surgical methods, the patients were randomly divided into two groups of Neural endoscopic surgery group and drilling drainage surgery group.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages about drilling drainage and neuroendoscopic surgery,it was in order to choosing a better way between different minimally invasive surgical methods, for cerebral hemorrhage patients. The main results were as follows:(1)There was no significant difference in age, admission GCS score, sex ratio and preoperative hematoma, which ensured the randomness of the patients.(2)The two groups were statistically significant in the postoperative residual volume of hematoma and hematoma clearance rate(P<0.001).Endoscopic group has obvious advantages.(3)Endoscopic group of postope-rative complications in patients with pulmonary infection was superior to the drilling group(P<0.05).In rebleeding, intracranial infection, gastrointestinal bleeding, electrolyte disorder, hydrocephalus, two surgical methods were not signifycantly different(P>0.05).(4)In the Duration of cerebral edema, endoscopy group was shorter than drilling group(P<0.001),it was more beneficial to patients with postoperative recovery.(5)The recovery of patients 6 months after surgery, endoscopic group was better than that of drilling group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The operation of removing hematoma with neuroendoscopy has the advantages of minimally invasive, direct and efficient, greatly improving the real-time clearance rate of hematoma. This technology not only reduce postoperative complications and morbidity, but also help to improve the prognosis of patients,is expected to become the preferred operation for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
